WE are repeat guests at the Sani Beach Hotel (like many other couples and families) for the obvious reason that it is an outstanding hotel, with wonderful beaches, facilities and activities. The staff are amazing, friendly helpful and will do anything to improve you holiday. Right from the minute you arrive, the senior front desk staff greeted us and welcomed us back. Christina, Nicole and Tamara the assistant manager were all superb, every time you pass through reception they check with you to make sure you are enjoying your stay and if there is anything they can do to Help. The general manager George has an active presence around the resort and is delighted to interact with guests and hear feedback. Angelos and Andrea, and Kiki (Guest relations) again are very visible senior staff interacting with guests throughout the day and are all superb. All these staff are very helpful, professional but clearly enjoy what they do. One consistent theme is that the majority of the staff have worked in Sani for a number of years, demonstrating that Sani is a great and happy place to work. The breakfast in the morning has a tremendous selection and was lovely, Kostos, Anisa, Esmeralda and Andrea (Barista) to mention a few made us feel special. Along the pool/beach area Kennedy, Maria (new this year), Teo, Naqib were superb. Activities we did included hilltop walks, TRX (Alex superb instructor), Wine tasting with sommelier Harry, watersports, and boat trip to mention a few. Returning to Sani beach after my last holiday there 7 years ago did not disappoint . The welcome was just as warm and friendly ,check in was smooth and we were given all the information needed for a great stay . Nothing was too much trouble , from booking restaurants to requesting firmer pillows for our room. The food was fabulous in all the restaurants as was the service . All areas in the hotel were spotlessly clean , our room was cleaned daily and any top ups required were made. The staff in the main hotel bar were friendly hardworking and always cheerful , Eirini kept us topped up with Gin & tonic and whisky , cocktails were amazing !!. The pool and surrounding areas were great , help was always at hand for putting umbrellas up or down . Kennedy was great fun always stopped for a chat and made us laugh every day , plus the ice cream and watermelon were much appreciated . Anna who served us around the pool worked so hard ,always with a smile on her face and so helpful . Andrea remembered me from 7 years ago and still clearly loved working at Sani beach , she checked in with us every day she was there to check we were ok ,and offer any assistance . Can’t wait to return.

We had another wonderful stay at Sani Beach, which truly feels like our second home. The atmosphere is always welcoming, the staff are friendly, and everything is taken care of with great attention to detail. A very special thanks goes to Tamara Elbakidou, Assistant Hotel Manager, who always goes above and beyond for us. She is incredibly professional, kind, and attentive, making sure every detail of our stay is perfect. Her support and dedication are one of the main reasons we keep coming back year after year. We are already looking forward to our next visit!
