這家酒店的服務，簡直是我這次兩週旅行中遇到最差的一次。是的，最差，毫無懸念地墊底。 一切從我坐滴滴到酒店門口開始説起。當時氣温38度，地面都能煎蛋了，結果連一個人出來幫我搬行李都沒有。我不是要求紅毯接送，但在這種天氣下，一個幫手也沒有，真的讓我一度懷疑自己是不是走錯了，進了無人值守的倉庫。 然後我們三個人到了前台——每人通過Trip.com單獨訂了一間房。結果前台直接冷冷地説：找不到你們的預訂。態度可以説是冷若冰霜，語氣像我們剛剛砸了他們家電視機。我們拿出Trip.com的確認單，他們確認訊息全都對：名字、酒店、日期都沒錯。但就是找不到我們的預訂——而且神奇的是，這還是我們的錯？ 他們還追問：“你確定是用Trip.com訂的嗎？”我們：“當然確定。”於是接下來就是漫長的等待。期間，越來越多的工作人員加入了這個“尋找失蹤訂單大作戰”，像是在解一個什麼外星密碼。終於，在第35分鐘，他們大發慈悲遞給我一瓶水。第40分鐘，房卡終於來了——沒有一句道歉，像是在賞賜我入住一樣。 更離譜的是，分給我的房間在最低樓層，而且床型還是錯的。你要知道，這已經不是“糟糕”，是“看熱鬧還順便潑你一盆冷水”。 我試圖通過Trip.com聯繫酒店——毫無迴應。我還是凱悦的精英會員——依舊毫無用處，感覺身份跟空氣一樣透明。 那到底出了什麼問題？很簡單：他們根本不會用Trip.com。他們系統不會操作，預訂本身沒毛病。整個處理過程就像是看幾衹猴子圍着一台電腦打太極，旁邊兩個機器人在問“我們是不是應該重啟一下這個按鈕？” 另外，我朋友的房間又臟又不安全。他退房時投訴了一下，酒店居然立刻幫他拿行李、叫出租車——我這邊呢？全程自力更生，毫無待遇。 一個好酒店，不是在一切順利時顯現，而是在出問題時展現服務的底色。這家酒店——完！全！失！敗！硬件設施過得去，但衹要出一點問題，服務就徹底掉線，根本撐不起“服務行業”的門面 The service here was terrible, worst service of a two week trip to the region. It started when the didi pulled up to the street and in 38 centigrade weather there was no one to help with my bags from the car to the hotel. Then the three of us get to the front desk having made three different reservations through Trip.com and they say they can’t find our reservation in the rudest possible tone and manner. We show them our trip.com confirmations and they confirm that - we have correctly booked - we are at the correct hotel on the correct day and our names are right but they can’t find our bookings. However this our fault. They say are you sure that you use trip.com - yes. We wait for then next forty minutes while an ever increasing number of people try to figure out what to. Eventually after thirty five minutes they are nice enough to give me a bottle of water. After forty minutes they give me a room key, no apology. To add insult to injury when they finically did allocate me a room it was on the lowest floor and with the wrong bed type. I tried to email the property through trip.com - hotel did not respond. I am also a Hyatt elite member - no help. So what happened? Turns out they don’t know how to use trip.com properly and our reservations were fine but they don’t know how to use their systems. It was like dealing with monkeys and robots. Also my friends room was filthy and was not secure. My friend complained as he was leaving and they then helped him with his bags and ordered him a taxi - no help for me. One should not judge a hotel when everything goes right but when something goes wrong. This hotel totally failed. The physical infrastructure is fine but the service is terrible particularly when anything goes wrong.

非常棒的酒店 應該是我們219之行目前住的最舒服滿意的酒店 位置很好找 房間很棒還有露台但很安靜 可以直接欣賞古城和崑崙塔景觀 在古城邊上十分方便 酒店工作人員服務非常棒 感謝酒店的太陽 胡爾西代木的熱情幫助 幫我們解決了換房的麻煩 早餐也很棒

Urcove hardly disappoints. It’s a superb hotel with great hardware. However, location wise it’s a bit far from the east gate where the opening ceremony is (15min walk ish). Although you can use the north gate (8min walk), you land in a weird spot in the ancient city. The hotels air condition also acted kinda weird when I was there. It stopped in the middle of the night even though I set it to heating mode of 24C, it dropped to 19C by itself. The room I booked supposedly has a balcony to it. But the thing is, it’s pretty much useless cuz the BBQ smoke from nearby restaurants will overwhelm you.

Would recommend this hotel over its sister resort. Staff was more professional and amenities such as laundry room, gym and also breakfast venue is located in the hotel. Buffet breakfast was extremely crowded with insufficient tables and staff took very long to clear/clean used tables. Laundry room was great - big and clean with sufficient washers and dryers.

We have a lovely stay at the hotel, definitely coming to visit again in the near future.

The hotel was incredible and the staff most friendly and helpful! They did everything they could to accommodate my requests and help me during my stay. I definitely recommend!
