Cintacor Island - A Boutique Resort

As a rare island resort, in Karnataka, Cintacor can be easily compared with many exotic resorts around the world. The ferry ride itself is thrilling from mainland Karwar to the island on the Arabian Sea. A trained staff always ready to assist you disembark and then an electric buggy takes you all the way to the top of the small hill amidst lush greenery, canopy of trees. With its stand alone AC cottages well furnished and fabulous endless views of the ocean, an infinity pool where you can swim and watch glorious sunsets, a bar and a restaurant which serves continental and Indian cuisine, a private beach you can relax and enjoy your stay in this breathtaking island resort.

One of the best weekend outing we had. Cintacor Island Resort is great place. Yes, it is a Resort right in the sea. We have to park our car at the mainland and travel through their Ferry to reach the island resort. It is not an easy task to run a resort surrounded by water from all sides. The coordination of the mainland team with ferry & resort staff to bring guests, help them park their car at a safe place etc. was highly commendable. The entire staff was absolutely superb. I am sorry that couldn't get all their names or might be wrong is spelling. The Check-in was smooth taken care by Sounderya & Ganesh. At the restaurant, Boimang, Boto & the girl name starting with 'P' were very hospitable, polite and helpful. We stayed in the 'O' cabin. All rooms have sea view. The room size was good. Standard amenities were provided. Sleep quality was good. The Restaurant has a good menu. The breakfast spread was good. They have a private beach where in you can relax on beach beds, do watersports etc. They also have a Nature Trail in the morning, are taken around the island. The guide Mr. Dipanjan was very good in explaining the details and is a very knowledgeable person. Overall it was a great experience. The only regret we had is we stayed for only 1 night. I think we should have atleast 2 nights stay to enjoy the island. That means we are definitely coming back for a 2 nights stay!!!!!! Thanks to the entire Cintacor Island Team. Kudos for their outstanding hospitality......

Absolutely beautiful property! Excellently maintened, super helpful and courteous staff and the food was delicious - freshly prepared and had a home cooked feeling to it, especially the local cuisine! And the pool is stunning - what sunset views! Definitely worth every penny!!! Have to also make a special mention of Deepanjan, the naturalist - so knowledgeable and engaging!

Very Good place for privacy, we can enjoy each movement, splendid pool , fantastic food and service , rooms are cozy , especially manager Ram, Ganesh hk supervisior they supported very well and Spl thanks to silambu chef whose culinary skills turned every meal into delightful experience , I will definitely carry these memories with me and look forward to returning

The best place to hang out with either friends or with family or for honey moon. What not for a calm and peace full day at cintacor. Worth for every rupee spent ... especially SPA Centre view , swimming pool view, many views on day Track etc.,, the chef and hotel hospitality team was superb.. receiving by soundarya garu was splendid and ram food and beverages manager has taken care of food by understanding our needs as per our eating habits. Best memories... don't think too much, go and relax

A spectacular, complete holiday destination. To understand, one needs to go there. Its so much more than the usual places. Its got excellent food, friendly staff who will pamper you, lots of activities but the best of all is the beauty of the outdoor life. We went for a ride on the jet ski, kayakking, spa, morning nature walk & enjoyed the food like there was no tomorrow. A wonderful place & will definitely be back. Highly recommend for all ages.
