Нам очень задержали самолет, и хоть по условиям, заселение до 21:00, нас заселили в 1:00 без проблем. Мы бронировали номер с выходом в бассейн, но нас переселили в виллу с личным бассейном) спасибо вам огромное за это) благодаря этому наши 2 дня на Крите - были потрясающими. Так же, нам в номере оставили ужин, чтоб мы могли покушать после тяжелого перелета) Вилла огромная и просторная, бассейн был с теплой водой) номер очень стильный) До пляжа всего лишь 2 минуты пешком) Еда на завтраке, обеде и ужине - просто потрясающая) вино безлимитное)

이 호텔은 정말 아름다워요! 도착하자마자 직원들이 환한 미소로 맞아주고 짐을 맡아줘서 체크인하는 동안 편안하게 쉴 수 있었어요. 알렉산드라라는 멋진 여성 덕분에 인생에서 가장 기억에 남는 경험을 했고, 지금은 꿈같은 삶을 살고 있는 것 같아요! 호텔에 도착하자마자 게스트 앰배서더라고 할 수 있는 알렉산드라가 반겨주었어요. 신혼여행에 대해 이메일을 주고받고 있었는데, 알렉산드라가 특별하게 만들어주려고 도와주더라고요 (무슨 일인지는 몰랐지만요). 호텔에 도착하니 알렉산드라가 깜짝 선물이 있다고 하더라고요. 알렉산드라는 저희를 앉혀놓고 객실 업그레이드나 자매 호텔인 프노에(도보 2분 거리)로 방을 바꿔줄 수 있다고 했어요. 그래도 올 인클루시브로 묵을 수 있다고 하더군요. 처음에는 확신이 서지 않았지만, 프노에에서 운전기사를 불러서 저희를 픽업해서 그곳으로 데려다주고 방을 보여줬어요. 정말 환상적이었어요! 꿈만 같았어요. 전용 수영장과 테라스까지 있었거든요. 객실의 위치는 더할 나위 없이 좋았고, Alexandra가 이 휴가가 우리에게 얼마나 특별한지 알고 있었기에 무료로 준비해 주었다는 생각이 들었습니다. 누군가가 해 준 가장 좋은 일이라 행복의 눈물을 흘리며 떠났습니다. 우리는 신혼여행에 모든 돈을 썼고 Alexandra는 그것을 더욱 특별하게 만들기 위해 최선을 다했습니다. 우리는 영원히 너무 감사합니다. 저는 그녀를 요정 대모, 꿈을 만드는 사람, 그리고 모든 면에서 놀라운 사람이라고만 표현할 수 있습니다. 우리는 이 경험을 결코 잊지 못할 것입니다 ❤️ 또한 우리가 Pnoe에 도착했을 때 Alexandra와 팀은 침대에 꽃잎, 과일 플래터, 그리고 방에 프로세코 한 병을 준비했습니다. 정말 사려 깊고 놀라운 서비스였습니다! 매우 행복한 커플의 사랑을 보냅니다! Where to start?...everything about this place is simply fantastic, the staff excel in every area, cleaning, reception, the bars and restaurants. You are always met with a smiling face and served to a very high standard every time. The location: literally a 5-10 min journey from the airport, you'll be the first drop off if on a package deal but the last pick up on way home (would arrange own transfer on return journey next time for speed) The hotel: fantastic, well planted grounds, stunning architectural design in every aspect, the main reception area, indoor bar and restaurant have a very high end luxury feel and are kept spotless at all times. As are the pool and outdoor sitting areas and the snack/ drinks bar where you can order cocktails and food to your sun lounger during the day (next level), service is always speedy as well. The rooms: we had a swim up room on the West side of the building and would highly recommend this side as you get the Sun all afternoon, it's like a wee Sun trap and being able to cool off in pool is again next level (although in early May the water temperature was a bit Baltic in all the pools) but could still have a dip now and then. The quality and attention to detail in the decor is superb, solid oak finishes, numerous mood lighting options, very modern shower/bathroom area, exceptionally comfy bed with a pillow menu option, lots of storage options, good light and sound proofing as well, you would never know your so close to the airport! The food: outstanding range and quality of dishes for all inclusive, at all meal times there is a lot to choose from, the fact you can get a bottle of wine with your meal adds a quality dining factor as well, staff are always at hand replenishing food, setting tables and serving drinks. The a la carte restaurant was excellent, felt that you were dining out at a top restaurant, all Greek dishes and lots on offer, staff here again help make it a special experience and we saved it for our Anniversary night meal and were so glad we did. The entertainment: we stayed a week and had 3 nights of live entertainment, Greek musicians and dancers one night who were top class and created a great atmosphere, quality female jazz/easy listening singer and keyboardist on another night, again created a nice relaxed vibe and on another night we had 2 guys playing folk/rock acoustic music who were top quality, on the other nights there's a DJ playing chilled house/80's mixes who created the perfect relaxing atmosphere, especially outside next to the firepits. Can't think of any negatives from our stay at all, other than possibly hiring a few more bar staff, as the same people seem to put in some shifts and a few more servers would lighten their load and speed up service. There's not many sunbeds at the pool so you'll need to be early to bag one but if not you'll definitely get one on the beach. Some music around the pool and beach during the day would create a nice atmosphere, it can feel a bit quiet.T

Upon arrival, the team will welcome you warmly, and you’ll get to meet Alexandra, the most professional person I’ve ever encountered. Alexandra is the Ambassador and works very close to the guests. I couldn’t have asked for more from her! So much attention to detail, so polite. She truly made our stay even more wonderful. From the moment we arrived until the very last minute of our stay, everything exceeded our expectations. Every corner of the resort speaks of elegance and comfort. We felt valued and sincerely cared for. As for the room we stayed in, I wholeheartedly recommend the swim-up room. We had sun all afternoon and fully enjoyed all the amenities that this room type offers. Truly worthy of 5 stars! Also, the Food and Beverage department is one of the most well-organised I’ve seen. The buffet changes daily, offering new and delicious dishes every time, and most importantly for me, it includes traditional specialties. As for the à la carte restaurant — it goes without saying, you must try it to enjoy a real culinary experience. The management system of this resort runs so smoothly that any question or minor issue you might encounter will be handled promptly and discreetly. I was incredibly impressed by the well-trained and always friendly staff. It’s a unique place that everyone should visit at least once in their lifetime! We’re already looking forward to returning. An excellent hotel with wonderful people working there. The view from the eternity pool over the sea is impressive and offers very relaxing sitting area to enjoy your drinks while you listen to the waves. The buffet restaurant has got the same most fantastic views. The hotel personnel is very friendly and competent, they certainly want you to feel very comfortable and welcome.

The hotel overall was clean and efficient and a great operation is running. Staff very kind and attentive!!! We had the all inclusive plan, and they think about everything so it will be most comfortable and convenient to their guests. You can even order food and drinks to the sunbed through the app! Everything was great except for some issues with the massages at the spa. Also wish they were warming the pool and providing more entertainment options for every evening. Very recommended!!
