Friendly workers , good location.  What I find strange that there is no hotelslippers in the room .

Very nice hotel comfortable and easy access to the motorway for onward travel. unfortunately the day we were there the kitchens were out of action. the staff organised a take away and got plates and cutlery for us to eat in the bar. staff were super friendly.

Positives: The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially at the reception. Check-in went smoothly and the staff was very professional and clear in how everything worked around the hotel. The breakfast was very nice as well! I had an early check-out which happened some hours after the refund was available, which really wasn’t an issue for me, so I was glad that the early check-out was possible regardless of refund was possible or not. During my fuss in my check-out, I had forgotten an item of clothing and had gone back the following day around midday to see if the clothing had been found. At the time it hadn’t been found and I gave my contact information in case they wanted to contact me in that regard. They did end up finding the item of clothing and were quick to let me know, so I could figure out when to get it. I know it’s all part of the profession, but I am really thankful that they were quick to inform me. Negatives: The hotel is fairly close to the train station, so there’s a lot of honking in the evening/night, which gave me some frights from time to time when I had gone to bed. Overall: I really enjoyed my stay regardless of the trains honking and the early check-out situation. The staff were very understanding and helpful!

FANTASTIC! The best Premier Inn we have been. Beautiful design. Top class clean and comfortable.We had a great night there Very helpful and friendly staff. We were very impressed. Highly recommended.

Bisher war ich mit dem Hotel am Wasserturm in Karlsruhe sehr zufrieden. Diesmal war allerdings das Gegenteil der Fall. Als wir das Doppelzimmer bezogen und ausgepackt hatten, stellten wir fest, dass nur eine Bettdecke und eine Handtuchgarnitur vorhanden war. Außerdem war die Wand neben dem Bett stark verdreckt - wohl nach einer Party im Zimmer. Ich rief daraufhin die Telefonnummer des Hotels an, landete aber in einer endlosen Warteschleife mit einer künstlichen Computerstimme. Diese riet mir, ein Formular herunterzuladen und darauf eine E-Mail bez. meiner Reklamation abzusetzen. Ich frage mich da allerdings, wann ich Handtücher und eine zweite Bettdecke bekommen hätte. Mir blieb nichts anderes übrig, als zur Rezeption zu gehen. Von dem freundlichen Mitarbeiter erhielten wir dann ein anderes Zimmer, das in Ordnung war. Allerdings empfanden wir die Temperatur von 19,7 Grad für zu kalt, vor allem im Bad, verstellen konnte man die Temperatur nicht. Am Samstag, 7. Dez., verließen wir um 8:30 das Haus und kamen ca. um 16 Uhr zurück. Das Zimmer war noch nicht hergerichtet. Housekeeping-Personal stand im Flur und erklärte, es werde gleich jemand kommen. Die nächsten 20 Minuten tat sich nichts. Immerhin kam ich diesmal nach kurzer Warteschlange zur Rezeption durch, die erklärte, sofort jemand zu schicken. Eine halbe Stunde wartete ich vergeblich, so dass ich dann ein "Bitte nicht stören"-Schild vor der Tür anbrachte und mich hinlegte. Als wir dann um 18:15 Uhr das Haus verließen, hieß es, jetzt könne das Zimmer nicht mehr hergerichtet werden, weil das Personal das Haus bereits verlassen habe. Noch eine kleine Anmerkung zum Frühstück: Bei einem Preis von € 16,90.- kann man erwarten, dass das Rührei nicht kalt sondern warm ist und dass es aus Eiern und nicht aus Eipulver besteht. Immerhin waren die Betten sehr gut und komfortabel!
