If you don’t like crowds this is the one to stay at. Centrally located, close to Hot Springs, shopping and restaurants. Just short walk up hill and you are in the quite area with beautiful views. Very large standard room with separate bedroom, had 2 small TVs. We were also lucky and got balconies, which are not guaranteed. Hotel has air conditioning if needed. You can buy room with breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet included. Hotel has restaurant on the 2nd floor where clients are eating. Food was very delicious and restaurant staff is always friendly and smiling. Recommending using this option: tasty food , good variety of meals and saves money and time. Hotel offers Spa with various procedures, various baths , laser, massage for additional cost, pretty affordable. Swimming pool, sauna and salt room are free. Spa personnel is amazing. Reception was helpful, they communicate in Czech, German, English, Russian. Karlovy Vary is beautiful hot springs resort which you will like, capital Prague and Germany are less than 2 hours drive from there. You should be able to enjoy its style if you get the vibe. Definitely recommend if someone is looking to relax, get some hot mineral water treatment in the heart of Old Classic Europe.

Breakfast wasn’t that great. A drinking glass in the room had lipstick on it. Elevator broke down the morning we were leaving. Internet was splotchy. Spacious room and nice pool/sauna/quiet room.

First, you need to walk many stairs with your heavy suitcases before you get to the elevator. The spa area and the reception areas did not look very attractive. The pool is small. Also located on the steep heal - prepare to walk. We stayed in the deluxe room - spacious, good size bathroom. Very good breakfast. Staff speaks mostly Czech and Russian. If you are an English speaker only, you will have some difficulties communicating. However, we speak Russian, so for us it was just fine.

We absolutely enjoyed our two-week stay at Schlosspark spa-hotel which has given us even more than we expected. The room was really spacious, clean and cosy with a comfy bed and with three windows facing the city landmarks - and the view was fantastic, both day and night. It was full of sunshine and the blackout curtains were helpful during the hot summer days. The room is also provided with a climate control system so the summer heat was no problem. The bathroom was also big and sunny with 2 windows, a shower cabin and a ventilation system. In the restaurant we had Full Board which was served as buffet with a wide choice of salads, hot meals, desserts and drinks. The chefs and all the restaurant workers deserve thumbs up! Each morning, except Sundays, we had some treatment procedures in the spa-centre, and in the afternoons we could enjoy swimming in the hotel pool and relaxing in the next-door salt room. We found the location challenging only on the very first days but a bit later we got used to walking up and down, besides, the distance is not so long. All in all, we are really thankful to all the staff - that's really a place we'd like to get back next year!

Great service. Big room (#405) with enough space for our 3 children, my wife and I. Three TV’s, so nobody fighting for channels LOL! Nespresso machine with pods, as well as tea available. One full bathroom; would be nice with additional 1/2 bath or another full bath for our 5-per party. Elevators on site, good for heavy luggage. Great breakfast buffet. Friendly staff. Great location with very nice views.
