Let's be honest: when you approach this hotel at dusk it kind of does look like the setting to a Stephen King novel. Although, don't get me wrong: the location in a forest covered mountain valley, on the shore of a small lake is very beautiful. Also the architecture resembles a nice little château in Romania. There is a road that passes by this hotel and continues on the opposite side of the lake, but that's about the only noise you might get. All in all the hotel is luxurious, the room is spacious and we even got a room with a large balcony. The breakfast is on a "à la carte" basis and unfortunately takes a little bit too long when there are many guests at breakfast simultaneously. The spa area is simply amazing with a hot tub, sauna and a small swimming pool. The only downside is that you need a car to get to the downtown area. But staff were super friendly and I would definitely consider staying here again!

From the moment of arrival, every staff member demonstrated exceptional professionalism and genuine friendliness. They were always ready to assist, making every effort to ensure that my stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Their dedication to providing outstanding service significantly enhanced my overall experience. The hotel's location in Březová, near the forest and water dam, offers a peaceful retreat while still being conveniently close to the attractions of Karlovy Vary. The on-site restaurant serves a diverse menu of international cuisine, and the breakfast, in particular, was exceptional, providing a perfect start to each day. In summary, my stay at the Retro Riverside Wellness Resort was outstanding. The combination of superb comfort, excellent staff service, and a fantastic wellness centre makes this hotel a perfect choice for anyone seeking a relaxing and luxurious getaway. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Karlovy Vary.

Great location, delicious restaurant and friendly staff. Just oné night in the hotel, but the memories till the end of my life , I guess Fór sure I will come back here again and again Thanks a lot fór your hospitality
