Slow check in The ****** experience was not that good, It seems like they do you a favor to let you play, Instead of appreciate the guests, Unprofessional ruling from the floor manger, They ask you not to speak at any language besides English but they will speak Russian and Greek and Turkish and it is ok?!?!? The food was great Nice hotel Old facilities Service need to be improved

We had an amazing stay at the hotel, and a big part of what made it so memorable was the outstanding service – especially from the beach staff. Ogulcan and Ilhan were exceptionally kind and attentive throughout our entire holiday. They made everything feel effortless, always checking in with a smile, making sure we were comfortable, and going the extra mile to help with anything we needed. Their warmth, friendliness, and genuine care really stood out – it felt like nothing was too much trouble. Thanks to them, our time by the beach was truly relaxing. Their kindness made a real difference and added a personal touch that we’ll remember long after the holiday. Highly recommend this hotel – and we hope you’re lucky enough to be looked after by Ogulcan and Ilhan too!

My name is Gianina, I’m from Romania, and I came to Merit Crystal Cove for a few days of relaxation — and I must say, meeting Zeynep at the spa was one of the highlights of my stay. She is the only Turkish female therapist there, and her hamam ritual and massage were absolutely exceptional. Zeynep is not only highly skilled and professional, but she also has an incredible energy that makes you feel truly cared for. I left feeling completely relaxed and refreshed, and I can honestly say it was one of the best spa experiences I’ve ever had. I can’t wait to come back for another massage with her — she’s a true master of her craft!

During our stay at your hotel, Ms. Zeynep and Mr. Ahmet were extremely helpful. Both of them were very kind, polite, and professional. They spoke clearly and communicated with guests in a very effective and pleasant manner. We sincerely thank them for their support and hospitality. One of the best places to have a rest at. A lot of diffrient activities, food is great, service is wonderful. Guest rwlations - amazing Acelya helped a lot fast with diffrient situations. Will come back If you are the poker player - nice place to be at too. Watch the schedule of the poker events!
