Fantastic hotel, well situated 5 mins walk from ski lift. Beautifully fitted. Excellent staff and outstanding meals. Fabulous views from the bedrooms. Would highly recommend. Easy access boot/ski store. Well cleaned rooms and very comfortable beds.

I have been coming to Kaprun for over 25 years but this is the first time I have stayed at this hotel. I absolutely loved it and will definitely be back.

I would highly rate this hotel for its food and staff service. The location is great for skiing and in the heart of Kaprun. The spa and swimming pool facilities mean that there’s more to do than just skiing.

This hotel is amazing and the staff are just as attentive, kind and accommodating. A few staff members to name *Dining Staff* Prasanth Juan Alexis Nadja Hrvoje Ronny *Reception Staff* Martina Mahmoud Sorry, didnt catch everyones names but i cant think of a single staff member who didnt help, greet or simply make us comfortable throughout out stay. I went on a activity lumbered itinerary with my 2 sisters, the hotel gave us summer cards which include bus transport and so many different activities which are free! I was amazed and saved so much not having to pay, such a helpful touch from Das Alpenhaus hotel. We appreciate all your kind service and will be not only recommending you to others but also paying another visit in winter season ourselves! Look forward to staying with you wonderful people again! Das Alpenhaus is well located in the centre of Kaprun. Nice and clean hotel with excellent spa facilities. Friendly staff. The food was very good and tasty for both breakfast and dinner. Comfortable underground parking. Summer card is very useful and we saved a lot with it. We would definitely come back.

The staff were very friendly, breakfast buffet was fabulous and rooms were very clean.

Great location, facilities and food

Second time at this hotel, and again a great experience: - comfortable rooms (even small ones) - very friendly staff - great food (self service breakfast with a really big choice and a lot of local food, self-service/served dinner) - afternoon snack included in half-board - big spa (I think 6 or more saunas, indoor pool, outdoor pool ...) - charging of electric car available in the hotel garage. The only thing I outdoor were normal coat hangers (not the hotel ones without a hook) and more heating radiators to dry ski clothes ... Location in centre of Kaprun is also great, but unfortunately, not many places are open at this time to go for a coffee or drinks in the evening at this time of year.

Fantastic sauna and spa area, 2 pool, realy good services and offers for 4 stars hotel!
