2007년에 Kanyakumari를 처음 방문했을 때를 돌이켜보면 질 높은 숙박 시설이 부족하여 아쉬운 점이 많았던 것을 기억합니다. 불행히도 문제는 오늘날에도 지속됩니다. 올해 방문에서 저는 최근 Kanyakumari에 오픈한 Annai Resorts & Spa를 발견하게 되어 기뻤습니다. 처음에 Sparsa 리조트를 예약했지만 숙소가 유지 관리에 대한 기대를 충족시키지 못해 체크인 후 실망했습니다. 그곳에서 나는 최근 Sparsa 리조트 옆에 문을 연 Annai Resorts & Spa에 대해 알게 되었습니다. 리조트 직원에게 예약 가능한 객실을 보여달라고 요청한 후 신속하게 Sparsa에서 체크아웃하고 Annai Resorts& Spa에 체크인했습니다. 저는 바다가 내려다보이는 프레지덴셜 스위트룸에 묵었습니다. 객실에는 자쿠지가 있는 바다를 향한 발코니가 있었습니다. 최근 리조트가 오픈한 이후로 객실과 욕실은 반짝거리고 새것이며 잘 관리되어 있으며 현대적인 미학을 갖추고 있습니다. 호텔 레스토랑에서의 식사 경험은 괜찮았지만 분위기, 서비스 및 요리 품질 측면에서 개선의 여지가 있었습니다. 호텔 직원의 세심하고 정중한 태도는 칭찬받을 만하며, 그들의 환대는 긍정적인 인상을 남겼습니다. 앞으로도 계속해서 그 퀄리티를 유지하길 바랍니다!

The Bed Sheet Pillows Towels all linens are very dirty. Rooms smell badly and it's not worthy. Extremely very disappointed ☹️.............. Food is not also good. We had booked the property for 2 nights but have to check out on first day. Very bad experience

You have rooms of various categories and prices in this hotel/resort. We took the reasonable one as we had only one night stay and primarily wanted to visit the Vivekananda Rock Memorial in Kanyakumari with our French relatives. Good place. The best thing is its proximity to the rock memorial (walking distance) . The Coral Reef restaurant at the resort is good. Variety, quality of food and service is good. The resort also has a bar. Its just okay, nothing great.

This hotel has good potential. A lot of effort has gone into the design and walking around the grounds is a very relaxing experience. Unfortunately any sense of calm or well-being is destroyed whenever one is required to interact with a member of staff. With one or two exceptions the staff here are all very grumpy and unwilling to help. Their unofficial motto seems to be “the customer is always wrong”. Even simple requests such as asking if the front desk can change some money into smaller notes will be met with such a look of derision you come away from the encounter wondering what you did wrong in asking. There is nothing friendly or welcoming about this hotel at all. Staff act like they are doing you a favour by allowing you to be there. The worst experience of all was our encounter at the spa. A spa treatment is meant to be the ultimate in relaxation. But, as others have noted, the interaction with the manager of the spa is so difficult you would need 3 treatments in another spa just to get over the experience of meeting her. Her entire manner and modus operandi seems designed to ensure she never has to take on any customers. This hotel is aiming high in Kanyakumari - clearly targeting a market that can afford to pay “Western” prices. It has a lot to do in terms of improved customer service if it is to survive. If a Taj or other customer focussed brand were to ever open in the town then the Annai would be out of business within a year.

Average location. Beautifully maintained grounds. Beautiful room. Good breakfast. Around 10 pm while my elderly parents and I were sleeping, we could here furniture being moved giving out the screeching sound. I called the reception and asked them to see to it. But the same continued. We go to resorts to enjoy ourselves and have proper rest at night. That was the major drawback.
