이 호텔의 아침 식사는 나쁘지 않지만 매우 훌륭합니다. 객실 번호와 이름으로 아침 식사를 해야 합니다. 이름을 확인할 수 없습니다. 방의 침대가 너무 푹신하고 욕실 샤워 헤드가 상단에 고정되어 있습니다. 샤워 캡을 가져 오는 것을 잊어 버렸고 샤워 할 때마다 머리를 감아야했습니다.

The rooms are okay and the food is also good. The service is a bit shabby though. The phones are not working half the time and it takes time for placing any room service order. The air conditioner swing panels were broken so the cold air blast couldn't be redirected anywhere else then the bed. Overall ok.

Bed was not good, check-in time and check out time constitutes of total 22 hours and money was charged for 24 hours which was in logical

The check in experience was very smooth, frontline desk was extremely polite and helpful. Rhe room provided was also good, the room had some electric problem but on request they shifted immediately to another room. Ovwrall the stay was satisfying

Royal galaxy hotel, kanpur stay was not good and it's just an average because no proper hospitality is there. I mean room water. Etc no available. It's feel like you are unwanted guest in someone house.

This the only choice for me to stay if travelling to Kanpur. The hotel is clean & staffs are family. Everything is good.

Good behaviour of receptionist mr. Nitesh, one of the best stay in kanpur room are clean and quick service.
