Wonderful property in the middle of nature. Excellent service and amenities. Special thanks and appreciation to Allen for his great service and hospitality at the restaurant. He has excellent knowledge about different cuisines and he helped ***** with his ideas to get a beautiful decoration done for the birthday celebration. Food was also lip smacking.

The food is yummy. Lots of options available in food items. We had egg biryani, grilled chicken, grilled fish, juice, cold coffee...everything was good in quantity And quality. The staff is extremely helpful and cheerful. Really thankful to Chowla and Allen for superb gesture and service. Must visit if you are in Waynad

Though heavy rains kept us mostly indoors during our stay at Great Trails, it turned out to be a blessing in disguise. The warmth and hospitality of the staff were truly out of this world—attentive, thoughtful, and always with a smile. We enjoyed every meal—the buffet spread was diverse, delicious, and had something for every palate. The Kerala-style rooms gave a rustic charm, and the balcony views were simply breathtaking, with misty mountains and lush greenery on display. A perfect blend of nature and comfort—highly recommend this stay!

We had a fantastic experience! The location is excellent, with scenic views that made our stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained. The staff was incredibly polite and courteous, always ready to help with a smile. It’s also very kid-friendly, which made things so much easier for us as a family. Overall, a great stay — would highly recommend!

I had a wonderful stay at Great Trails Wayanad. It’s ideal for families, with plenty of activities for kids. The staff were very friendly and professional—special thanks to Ms. Sanya at the front desk and Mr. Allen from the restaurant for their excellent service. One area for improvement is the food, which could be better in terms of taste. I’m sure they’ll work on it. During an emergency, I was provided with GRT-branded sanitary pads, which turned out to be excellent—one of the best I’ve used.Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway!
