Starting from the check in procedure, the reception buddies were too humble and kind. They explain and listen to our queries properly 5+ points to their humble nature Shalini & Sunil. Then the second attraction was the room which is too neat and clean and all amenities were good points to them. Went around and visited a lot of places. Hotel stay was peaceful and everywhere people nice and helpful. Will come again.

Excellent stay at justa Palampur resort nice location nice property pillow were fluffy and comfy and room were comfortable no disturbance from outside we enjoyed the kaafal cafe and relaxing in the hotel lawn riverside garden area etc the resorts tranquil ambience stunning views warm hospitality and welcoming staff restaurant and housekeeping were nice specially thanks to Shalini and team!!!!!

Justa Palampur resort is best option for good location the rooms are good and comfy with stunning view of rain kissed surrounding staff was warm and welcoming food was divine with delicious meal kaafal cafe location was beautiful with mountains view the resorts activities like badminton cricket were also good shaini and the team went above and beyond to make our stay special

I stayed at justa rooms were good and food was excellent we did buffet breakfast and food was very tasty food was excellent kaafal cafe location was stunning property housekeeping staff and every department staff was nice Sunil Shalini at reception were nice

Amazing place for relaxing away from everything location it grate. 5 Starts service right from check in Mt. Sunil did that part great guy. Rooms were neat and clean. Great food and great view from roof top restaurant. Mr.Vikas,Neha, Vanshika and Akanksha very polite and professional severs loved how they treat you. And Mr Vijay and Ranjit Dogra G menagers very helpful full to navigate us about soundings. I will for sure come back and also highly recommend all my friends and family to visit atlist once.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We initially came to Justa Hotel Palampur for my friend's engagement, but the exceptional hospitality from Vijay Dogra, Arun, and Neha, combined with the stunning view of the Dhauladhar ranges, made us extend our stay for another night. The warmth and attentiveness of the staff truly made us feel at home. The food at the in-house restaurant, Kaafal, was fantastic—every dish was delicious, rich in flavor, and beautifully presented. The care and attention to detail were evident in both the food and the service. I highly recommend this hotel and restaurant to anyone visiting Palampur.
