전문 호텔에 비해 오래된 패밀리 호텔에 묵는 것은 추천하지 않습니다. 캐주얼하고 휘갈겨 쓴 느낌입니다. 입구에 반응이 없습니다. 로비가 작고 우울합니다. 오래된 카펫이 더럽고 관리가 잘 되어 있지 않습니다. 위생은 괜찮습니다. 객실이 고급스럽지 않습니다. 에어컨과 음향이 좋습니다. 가장 중요한 것은 료테이 호텔의 두 식사 모두 입니다. 양념은 간단하고 맛이 없으며, 설탕만 넣고 끓이면 됩니다. 1인당 2끼 1800위안 Kyoritsu Group Jiayun의 1500위안이 아주아주아깝습니다. 서비스와 식사의 질은 이것보다 훨씬 좋습니다. 1층 저녁식사 개인실에서는 기름진 연기 냄새가 납니다. 요리의 순서가 혼란스럽습니다. 아침식사 아줌마 직원분들이 신발도 챙겨주시고 음식 서빙도 해주시더라구요 호텔에 대한 인상이 좋지 않아서 온천은 경험하지 못했어요 지금은 사이노테이에 묵고 있어요 깨끗하고 깔끔하며 전문적이에요 가나자와 차 하우스는 호텔과 비교불가입니다 직원들은 나이가 많지만 책임감은 강하지만 관리상태가 좋지 않습니다.

가나자와역에서 2~3분 거리입니다. 서비스가 매우 정통하고 일본식 환대입니다. 객실은 전형적인 온천 호텔입니다. 아침 식사도 매우 풍성합니다. 편안한 목욕과 휴식입니다. 훌륭한 휴가입니다.

서비스: 정통 일본식 호텔. 외모뿐만 아니라 서비스도 꽤 좋습니다. 제가 생각하는 일본식 호텔은 이런 느낌이에요. 특히 저녁 식사 때 일본 할머니가 정말 너무 친절하셨어요. 가족 중 장로가 된 느낌이 있습니다. 여기서 아주 행복한 3일을 보냈습니다. 위치: 가나자와역 바로 옆. 이렇게 좋은 위치에 이렇게 좋은 호텔이 있다니 정말 좋네요. 시설: 건물은 100년이 되었지만. 하지만 욕실 장비에는 전혀 문제가 없습니다. 방은 전혀 낡은 느낌이 들지 않았습니다. 식사: 정말 맛있다는 것 외에는 달리 어떻게 설명할 방법이 없습니다. 음식은 매일 아주 맛있습니다. 살이 찐 것 같아요.

Typical experience - Wonderful staff. Food was beyond delicious !

It was located just across the roadfrom the Kanazwa JR station that also housed a mall, airport transfers and loads of good food. The place was larger than I expected but provided excellent service and daily breakfasts (noy buffet-style) in their second floor restaurant. A sign of how good service was - it was a little drizzly when we left but we said no to the offer of an umbrella as the station was less than 5 min away (and it was a very light drizzle). The lady accompanied us to the station just so she cd take the umbrellas back from us! The onsen was nice but I didn't hv time to try out any other facilities.

Great hotel with great hospitality! The hotel is conveniently located, very close to Kanazawa station. The dinner and breakfast were also delicious.

A superb stay in a modern ryokan. All the traditional service and dining you would hope for, a stone’s throw from the station. The staff were superb - they even clocked our sizes on check-in so my husband’s yukata in the room was 3XL!! Fabulous kaiseki meal and large breakfast. Fresh white bedding. Loved it all!!!

Having never stayed at a ryokan, a traditional Japanese inn, this was an experience that we both thoroughly enjoyed. The Kanazawa Chaya is located a very short 3 min walk from the JR Kanazawa railway station and is easy to find. The Higashichaya Old Town, Kenrokuen Garden, and Omicho Market are also within easy walking distance. The entrance is through a small, landscaped portico area, which makes a perfect visual and mental separation from the streets outside. The lobby is spacious and equally tranquil. The staff were very helpful in explaining (in basic English) the various amenities of the hotel and assisting us through the check-in process. Our room was very spacious, with tatami flooring, sliding shoji paper doors, a delightful tokonoma, and a reasonable western-style bathroom. The low table at the centre of the room, replaced with a futon every night. We were provided a yukata set, comprising a yukata, yukata jacket, obi (belt), and socks. For the uninitiated these traditional garments function as a bathrobe, and loungewear – they can be worn to the onsen, dinner and breakfast, and even to bed as sleepwear. Our stay usually included an elaborate multi-course dinner, kaiseki ryori (Japanese haute cuisine), featuring local and seasonal specialities, and a traditional breakfast in the morning. Alcohol is not included but added to your bill. You will need to confirm the time for dinner and breakfast the day before your meal. We both enjoyed the use of the hotel’s onsen, another first for my wife, it was so refreshing after each day of sightseeing in the area. I would wholeheartedly recommend this ryokan experience to anyone travelling through Japan – we both felt lie treasured guests.

Perfect location by bus/train stations for easy arrival and departure, and it was easy to walk to the main sights around town. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the on-site bath lovely. We enjoyed breakfast so much and were able to walk to many dinner restaurants nearby! Would stay here again!

The Kanazawa Chaya ryokan exceeded all my expectations! I got an issue for my reservation, I talked with the super friendly and nice staff and after some checks they confirmed to me that I could stay for the booked night. The room it is really big, with Japanese tatami and beatiful interior design such as paper lamp and Japanese paintings on the wall. The arrival was really nice and pleasant, with explanation (in basic English) of every amenity of the hotel and room as well, and I got green tea and traditional Japanese sweets. I enjoyed the private onsen that is available for guests for a long time (5 am to midnight), and you can reserve massages as well. The traditional Japanese breakfast dressed with Yukata inside the wonderful restaurant with Japanese paintings is just a great experience with the staff dressed like Geisha style and always smiling at you. I also appreciated the traditional Japanese music during breakfast and the futon was super comfortable! I was seriously impressed by the staff: they are super polite and helpful and allowed me to leave my luggage before checking in as well as after checking out so that I can enjoy visiting Kanazawa. 結婚30年の祝いと小松基地で行われた航空祭参加のため利用させていただきました。 接客、部屋は申し分なく、特に食事は”うなぎ会席 「煌 きらめき」プラン”を選択しましたが鰻のちり鍋や、朝食の金沢おでんなど、だしがとても美味で十二分に満足できました。 ただ一つ大浴場が狭く、チェックイン後すぐに入浴しましたが、そのすぐ後に賑やかな団体さんが10名ほど後から入って来られたため、湯船につかることなく早々に退出せざるを得ず、十分にはくつろげなかったのででマイナス☆1個とさせていただきます。 全般的には十分満足させていただきました。再訪したいと思います。

Difficile à noter : propre, chambres spacieuses et confortables avec style ryokan préservé. Onsen non testé. Efforts pour le petit-déjeuner qui est bon et traditionnel. Points négatifs : personnel accueillant mais directives contradictoires pour adapter le petit-déjeuner à une allergie. C’est ok à 14h, finalement contre-ordre à 18h, il faut insister et ça ne pose finalement pas de problème - moment franchement gênant, ce qui est rare au Japon. Puis lors de la visite de la chambre : elle n’est pas configurée pour la nuit alors que nous arrivons tard fatigués et que nous l’avions demandé le matin - 2ème moment gênant. Objectivement un bon rapport qualité-prix situé juste à côté de la gare mais une expérience mitigée.
