모디틀로 리버 로지(Moditlo River Lodge)

Today we had our first game reserve safari with driver Erik and his tracker. We saw the big four!! Wow what a great team and what a great experience they gave us. South Africa and Moditlo forever in our hearts. Not only the wild life but also the people. We certainly come back. Best regards, Ed and Nancy

Very friendly and helpful staff. The location was always clean and very beautiful. The meals were great and varied. The safaritrips with rico and derek were funny and the animals just wunderful. We can recomend this lodge. If it‘s possible we come back again.

Since the reception at the airport to all the activities the staff was amazing! The guy from reception super attentive and helpful, always looking for us to see if it’s everything good. All the staff super friendly and the guys from Safari also fantastic (Rico and Demetric). Dinner food was the best every night and the joy of the staff is contagious. The rooms are beautiful and super comfortable, o really recommend.

Very nice resort!!! We stayed here for a family wedding, and loved it!!! EVERYTHING was top notch from the delicious food, to the excellent guides, to the extremely accommodating staff…. Simply top notch! Family friendly games are in all the public areas, lots of lounging space for many to socialize!!

The lodge is beautiful, the rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated. You might see wild animals just outside your room! Its realy quiet so you can really rest. The staff is very attentive. And Reco, our guide during the safari and Derrek his asistant, were exceptional making sure we saw every animal we were interested in.

My time at Moditlo River Lodge was simply enchanting! Three nights flew by, but I highly recommend extending your stay to at least five or seven days to fully absorb the magic of this place. The staff went above and beyond, always available and eager to assist with arranging every aspect of our stay. Their genuine warmth and dedication made us feel incredibly cared for. The food was outstanding, and the rooms were like something out of a dream, with the added bonus of being able to observe wildlife right from our windows. Don't miss the chance to witness animals roaming freely around the lodge. However, it's worth noting that while the food is very delicious and of high quality, there isn't much variety, which could be challenging for vegans or picky eaters. I can't wait to return for a longer stay and experience more of the unparalleled hospitality that Moditlo River Lodge has to offer!

Very cool experience! Fantastic staff and game drive! Good option to rest and see many animals! We saw all big 5. All structures are new, rooms and common places! The food and drinks are also good! During game drive (safari) there are stops to coffee and drinks

Everything was amazing! Game drives, food, rooms and the wonderful staff members! Everyone from the game ranger (Sidwell), tracker, waiters, night escort, kitchen & reception staff were friendly and welcoming. My friend was celebrating her birthday and the chef made a cake and acme out with all the restaurant and reception staff to sing and celebrate with my friend. It was such a kind gesture and made her day extra special!

moditlo was an excellent experience! I went for my birthday and they provided an incredible surprise, it was very special. the staff is wonderful, very kind. the safari guides are excellent, we saw the big 5!!! the food is very wonderful too. I highly recommend!!!!
