Surrounded by beautiful gardens lovingly tended The Pasiphae Hotel is currently being upgraded. Consequently we were offered one of their new swim-up rooms which was lovely to look out onto. A bit too early in the season for us to take advantage of the pool but will be wonderful for later in the season. Some braver guests did enjoy a swim though. The shower in the refurbished bathroom was fabulous. Beds very comfortable. Free wi-fi, t.v. and refrigerator. All suited our needs. The main pool, pool area and outdoor patio are very pretty. The reception, bar and restaurant are one big open plan area, very spacious. On our first visit we ate breakfast in the restaurant area but for some reason this visit( our second) all meals were taken on the patio by the pool. Personally for us this was the only drawback as we prefer to eat inside. However other guests were happy with this arrangement. BBQ night was great, friends from a nearby hotel joined us. Food was delicious and the chops were enormous. Conveniently situated for easy access to all the bars and restaurants of Skala Kallonis and walks along the seashore or beside the river.

We visited pasaphia hotel for the third time in 2024, the hotel the staff are lovely, the area is authentic Greece which is how it should be, local taverners serve wonderfully food & it's only a short walk, Bill the owner is very friendly & will help you with car hire & local taxi's to visit this lovely island, look forward to coming to pasaphia hotel again in July & see the new rooms.

In July 2024 I stayed at the Pasiphae hotel for one week as a lone traveller staying in room 209. My stay was on a bed & breakfast basis as the beach & numerous tavernas are within a 200/300 metre walk. There are no tea/coffee making facilities in the room but luckily I took my own. The hotel is clean, the staff are friendly, the breakfasts are tasty and the pool together with the pool side bar is lovely. The hotel internet is very good. Judging by the age of my fellow guests, the hotel appeals to the more mature clientele & in my opinion, wouldn't be the first choice for families with young children. I did notice that some areas of the hotel are a little dated & require some maintenance & upgrades but this is my only negative comment. I really enjoyed my stay & would certainly visit again.

The comfortable bed and pillows truly made this my dream holiday. After a great night's sleep I was refreshed and relaxed and ready to enjoy the peace and calm this lovely place has to offer. The owner Vassilis (Bill) is welcoming and friendly and genuinely gets to know each of the guests. The bar staff were great especially Bill (Pure Angel) .

Well what can I say. I came with no expectation. The hotel is great. Lovely rooms views over the gardens and pool. Cleaned regularly. Breakfast was brilliant. The Greek yoghurt is to die for with a bit of home made honey delicious. The gardens are immaculate very well maintained. Lots of lovely flowers and the wildlife blew me away. Foxes, owls, hedgehogs to name a few oh yes and the frogs xx
