This was an amazing resort, the staff were super friendly and it was all really nice & clean. The Mountain View from our room was great during sunset. The waterpark was a lot of fun, even for adults. The buffet food wasn’t amazing for vegetarians, but went down really well for my partner who ate meat. I think map or better signage would be helpful to show where all the amenities are as well as the schedule for the activities/shows.

Well what can I say another visit another fabulous experience . Me and my husband would like to give another huge shout out to Karakatsani Polymnia who is an asset to the Amada . She ensured we enjoyed our stay from start to finish with excellent client care . We cannot thank her enough . Along with the lovely Maria in the restaurant it was so lovely to be looked after too by Maria . The food was exceptional once again infact I have to say this third visit was exceptionally high standards throughout the holiday . We visited the Greek and Italian restaurants again fabulous attentive managers and staff and it was lovely touch having the singer and guitar playing adds character to the evening . Athina at the poolside bar once again delivered excellent service to us and always went out of her way to provide drinks efficiently . It was lovely to see familiar faces in the adult lobby bar who also work extremely hard however on busier evenings we do think there should be more staff serving for sure as these ladies are ran off their feet !! It would be lovely to see extra seating on the terrace also as it is such a lovely place to watch the sunset and overlook the entire complex . Our room was gorgeous as always and a lovely bottle of bubbly for recognition of returning guests. The guy I am so sorry can’t remember his name but runs the adult only pool bar was exceptionally efficient and again a huge credit to the Amada . The whole complex is kept immaculate . The poolside towel manager as always smiley happy and manages the ones that persist in not following the rules of reserving sunbeds is efficient in seeing these are removing them fair play !! He’s such a lovely guy! The quality of the drinks is fab and it was lovely this time around to be offered nuts and crisps with your evening drinks Amada well done this is a great little treat for your customers . Can I just mention there was a young male that had just started his job in the lobby bar towards the end of our holidays I didn’t get his name but I am sure he’ll do exceptionally well he was super efficient and had such a fab customer relation approach very chatty with us and was working his little legs off bless him ! I had another couple of treatment in the Soa a back neck and shoulder massage and a facial again both treatments were carried out by the most amazing therapist May she is absolutely amazing do not hesitate to visit this spa it’s gorgeous and your pampered and May is another huge asset to the Amada team I can’t wait to return for another treatment . It is true what they say the staff make your holiday and Amada you are extremely lucky to have staff that go that extra mile to make holidays worth revisiting . It was sad to see George not at the hotel we thought he was also such a great guy too ! Karakatsani works incredibly hard none stop along with Maria and again cannot thank your staff enough for being so attentive and just so lovely . Even remembering what drinks we like for breakfa

This was our 2nd time we visited Amada Colossos and experience was diametraly different comparing to first time. We have been looking forward to have a fabulous family vacation and instead of that I have been poisoned by food and spend 3 days locked at room. My husband did his best to get a support for me over the night and the only recomendation he got was to wait until morning and to visit the closest pharmacy. I thought I will end up at emeegency that night as I have been vomiting and having dirrhea every 45 mins. Hotel is not equipped with basic staff like a charcoil, enhyndrol or smecta which can be offered to guest as first help. No offer to call the doctor or to check the patient on 2nd day. Or to talk and figure out what might be the reason (what kind of food). The only interest of hotel management was me “not visiting” the main restaurant earlier than 3rd day to not to infect other guests. But I didn’t have stomach flue, noone else from my family got sick, only me. And I know it was from Hai restaurant and the food I had there as I took different menu than rest of my family. The other problems were: - room cleaning service. Noone was taking care off the trash or bathroom desinfection 3 days in a row. I had a feeling that staff got direction not to enter while I was there. That is not acceptible for me and from 5* hotel - noise from the opposite construction site/building. Unfortunately our room was oriented that way and we heard everything, including cars delivering frozen staff in the morning and staff taking care of hotel trash. We won’t never ever return. I don’t have a power and taste to solve this through travel agency officially but wanted to share the feedback at least this way.

Really nice hotel, staff were really friendly. Our room and view were lovely. Food was nice for an all inclusive, plenty of choice. They had an area in the restaurant for adults only you could ask to go in which made the experience better. The coffee bar was a great part of the all inclusive, and the adults only lobby bar was a fantastic touch. Alcoholic drinks weren’t the best, could have been a bit stronger as most of the time they didn’t taste of any alcohol. Pool area was really nice, it was always difficult to get a subbed around the pool, but there was plenty of spare beds on the beach. There was always a really nice atmosphere in the hotel and the layout and appearance was lovely. We really enjoyed our stay overall.

Every thing has been good until our last day we had to check out at 11am even though we wasn’t due to leave until 8pm so they gave us a courtesy room for 30 mins which I am grateful for however the room was a disgrace other peoples rubbish and sopping wet towels all over the floor every where was wet so the whole room was a slipping hazard there was black and orange mould everywhere in the shower and then our balcony which was some how communal having a door access from the hall way and another room so anybody can access which I wasn’t aware my poor girlfriend got undressed to have a shower and two men walked passed our window and saw her you might be thinking why didn’t I close the curtain it had been ripped off the ceiling so I called reception and complained and someone was right up with another room key so we moved rooms and the same again it was a scum pit rubbish on the floor towels every where bloody splattered flem in the toilet so I came down to complain and the old lady behind the counter said “what do you expect people use these rooms just to shower “ no apology and I was just waved away absolute disgrace we had such a nice holiday but that ruined it for us
