Crystal Family Resort – Not What We Expected, But Tours Were Fantastic! We spent our holiday this year at Crystal Family Resort & Spa. The hotel’s location and facilities for children were nice. The indoor pool was sufficient, and the animation team did their best. However, the hotel as a whole didn’t quite meet our expectations. Our biggest disappointment was definitely the food. It felt like we were eating the same things every day: beef liver, chicken, chicken, fish once or twice… and then back to chicken and liver again. It was as if no other types of meat existed! There was almost no red meat, and most of the food was dry and lacked flavor. Our kids also struggled with the meals, as there wasn’t much variety or a special corner catering to their tastes. The buffet looked big but the content was poor. Desserts looked good visually but were quite tasteless. From a five-star hotel, we expected much more care and quality. Room cleaning was okay – it was done daily – but there were occasional misses. Sometimes the minibar wasn’t restocked, towels were forgotten. The reception staff were generally helpful, but during busy hours responses were slow. The spa area was nice, but prices were a bit high. Now to the best part of our vacation: the tours! Instead of staying inside the hotel all day, going out was the best decision we made. As we had done before, we booked two tours from Sputnikturkey.com, and both were excellent: 1. Super Combo Tour – rafting, zipline, buggy… All in one and full of adrenaline! Even though the weather was cold, it was still super fun. 2. Green Canyon Tour – A calm and peaceful boat trip in nature. The scenery was absolutely breathtaking. Both tours were very well organized, and the price was much more reasonable compared to what the hotel’s in-house tour desk offered. We had a great time and the tours helped us forget the hotel’s shortcomings. In summary: Crystal Family was just “so-so” for us. We really didn’t enjoy the food — the constant liver and chicken dishes became annoying. But thanks to the amazing tours we booked outside, our holiday turned out great in the end. We wouldn’t return to this hotel, but for tours, our go-to will always be SputnikTurKey.com!

Bad cleaning in restaurant, tables and chairs sticky and dirty, sometimes it was difficult to find a clean place to sit, some personal so lazy and grumpy, amination team so sneaky and asking guests for alcoholic drinks, some evening program was nice but most of the time very boring, live music not possible to listen to because of bad singer. Restaurant chef Nur very nice person, so kind and helpful. Tugay, Emirhan and Alicia great team in restaurant. Lobby bar staff Meysam, Zilan, Furkan, Silan so cheerful and kind people Mr. Pianist was amazing, love listening o his songs Hairdresser very arogant and extremly expensive

We have come for 10 days , we are really enjoying ourselves and the staff are amazing , they can’t do enough for you ! I would def rate it 5 star, cocktails are amazing and intertainment is awesome ! I’ll be doing the karaoke tonight with isa! Really can’t say anything negative as everything in the hotel is great and beach is 200 metres beside the hotel, only one little thing is that the hotel is out of the way but that’s it !

The animation team is excellent. Having a great time here. Facilities are very good. Food is amazing. They make you feel very welcome. We have been here for 10 days and will definitely be back again. Thanks for the great holiday and a safe introduction to Turkey

Great hotel, location, and animation team! Excellent food and comfortable rooms. We arrived at 10pm and there's no room for us as they were overbooked. We had to wait until 2pm for our room to get ready with a small child but they've made up to us nicely. The hotel manager and the reception Manager * forgot their names* ( both managers) were attenciocoius and kind to us all the time. They made our week extra special after the check in caos. Me and my family will go back there again thanks for their Excellent costumer service! I would like to praise them and the hotel is very lucky to have them in their team!

I got abused by a man at night, we informed all the staff about the incident. They couldn't even get him out by the morning, didn't care at all. We had to solve the problem ourselves It took our whole day. We couldn't sleep, I couln't eat; It was so stressful. They didn't help at all, they lied and tried to cover the whole thing. Couldn't get any help from anyone without yelling and making a scene! Even getting the police wasn't enough, they took action only because other guests saw their mess. We didn't have any problems with waiters, cleaners etc. the problem is the management and security staff. Don't get fooled by the "family hotel" claim, the man who disturbed me (tried to touch me and followed me) was staying together with his 2 other single male friends. If youre gonna let 3 single males stay in your hotel don't market it as "family". Do not reccomend, especially for women!
