Owner of the shop which is located next to the pool and the outdoor table tennis is disaster !!! We wanted to buy the sports wear but he reject us from the store. My son start to cry due to his behavior so this shop owner has destroyed our vacation mood indeed. Please avoid this place. This guy said: “Get off my store”… due to negotiation. To this time I have received no answer from hotel management… no appologies just nothing. Just forget about this place. There are so many other and better locations in the world where people are so nice and friendly.

On the first day two people from my reservation got food poisoning and one of us was in a hospital and we paid all expenses out of pocket. The hotel didn’t help or even wanted to reimburse. Extremely disappointed!

The hotel is exceptional, really clean, amazing food everyday with so much variety, the entertainment variety was good with a lot of involvement from the team. The room we had was exceptional and exceeded our expectations. • Levante Restaurant (Turkish) - Highlight of the holiday the food was incredible and the staff that work in there are so welcoming explaining what each item is. • Magico Restaurant - Top quality food and lots of variety for every different food lover. Whether it’s salads, meat, breads, fruit, cakes. The choice was endless and the attention to detail is spot on. • Room - We stayed in the same complex as the Spa on the 2nd Floor, the room was incredibly spacious with a large bathroom. The view from the balcony overlooked the pool and we had a partial sea view which was a nice touch especially when sitting out in the late afternoon. • Beach Huts - A really good idea and we used them twice, however a small improvement that could be made is potentially offer them at a cheaper rate without the drinks as €53 a day for the basic package can be a bit steep for families who have saved up a long time for this holiday and may want to add this as an extra. The two times we used this facility it was under utilised and I feel this may be because of the cost. • Spa - Brilliant to use for free and make the most of the different rooms they have in there. If you want to splash out a bit extra and treat yourself to a massage, Vina is exceptional at what she does and has a great knowledge of any particular areas that need more attention. Overall a fantastic hotel that as time goes on will only keep getting better. I could make this review so long but it would not do it justice. I like to visit various places and rarely visit the same place twice however I would visit again in a heart beat.

Got upgraded when we arrived fantastic room Drinks great Food excellent best buffet I have seen and tasted brilliant choice every night Staff friendly and very helpful Animation and dance teams brilliant Room5119 cleaner was very nice efficient Pools were cold but spotless nothing was never to much for the staff WILL GO BACK

We made very wonderful holiday with our friends. We stayed 5 nights. Everything was perfect, meal was delicious, room was so clean and luxury. Spa was so relaxing and comfortable, we had a massage 2 times. I want to thank you to operation director Mr. İbrahim and especially to Spa director Mr. Serdar. If you come to Antalya you must try this wonderful hotel. You wouldn’t be regret.
