YYiChaoThe ventilation fan lighting couldn’t be turned off and it’s very bright. Couldn’t get into sleep. Would suggest hostel to deactivate that light. Overall experience is great, however female toilet cleaness have to improve . Reasonable price for travelers stay.

리리뷰어Best part was the location and having 2 bedrooms in the apartment. On hindsight, should have gone for hyatt at the same building where lobby is accessible within the mall.
For this residence, had a hard time even trying to check in. First of all, the auto reply welcome message told us to whatsapp the number 1-3 day before on check in. When i did, there was no reply all the way even thought the number was indeed under antlerzone.
Had no idea if this was because check in was not ready until after 4pm on checkin day and no choice waited till then. But still no reply so tried to look around for alternative contact number and finally got reply from another of their whatsapp number and only begun check in process then. By then kids was tired and irritated and the instructions givennto access the lobby was not helpful for families not driving. Had to walk up the cars’ slope to reach. Advice on alternative lift and entrances were not helpful.
Families with young children or elderly need to consider these.

HHappyZendaThe apartment is located on top of Paradigm Mall. It makes eating and shopping very convenient. JBCity had a service counter at the lobby, which was good. Support through chat was fairly good and responsive.
The place was clean and had 3 rooms - one master bedroom with attached bathroom, a room with queen size bed and another with a single bed. It had a living room with a sitting and dining area and a proper kitchen / service yard area. The place was fully air-conditioned and was equipped with a refrigerator and a washer dryer (but no laundry detergent). The place provided bath towels, body soap & shampoo, dish washing liquid (but no toothbrushes, no hand soap and hand towels). Cutleries were provided but not complete (5 bowls, 5 plates, 4 cups, 2 wine glasses, 4 spoons, 8 forks, 3 tea spoons, 1 chef knife, 1 pairing knife, 1 scope, 1 spatula). There was no wine opener even though there were wine glasses. There was a frying pan (no lid), one small pot (no lid), and a slightly bigger pot with lid.
The stay was pleasant, barring a power blackout, which lasted 30 minutes until the chat support responded with how to reactive the supply and water seepage at the service yard area. We were provided with a designated parking lot with frequent guard patrol, which was good. The apartment comes with Gym, Swimming pool, bbq area which allowed for more activities.
Overall a good place to stay for a family, but some areas of improvement exist.

리리뷰어I recently stayed at the JS Hotel and, while the location was convenient, the overall experience left something to be desired. The hotel felt a bit outdated, and the rooms could use some attention in terms of cleanliness and maintenance. It’s clear that the property could benefit from a refresh to improve its comfort and appeal.
On the positive side, the hotel is within walking distance of Aeon Shopping Mall, which is very convenient for shopping and dining. There’s also a convenience store right outside, making it easy to grab essentials.
Overall, if you're just looking for a basic, no-frills place to stay in a prime location, JS Hotel could work. However, if you're looking for a more modern or well-maintained experience, you might want to explore other options.

리리뷰어We reached the hotel at about 11.30pm from Songapore on 8/4. Upon reaching, we asked the security guard about the booking procedure. He does not know anything about it. He showed that there are boxes to collect the keys from near the laundry room. However, there were no instructions or information of password or room number to collect the keys. I tried to call the hotline and the internet phone but neither was successful in my attend. It was already past midnite. We were tored after the 11/2 hour of jam at the Causeway. We decided to search for another room at the agoda.com and found something for us to spend the night at Grand Landmark Hotel. It costed us $62 SGD. We stayed there until noon and decided to go back to the KSL Premier Residence. I checked my email and saw the instruction to the room coming in at 5.53am which is about 5hours from the time we alerted them via the apps. We went back before noon to the KSL Residence and checked in. Place is nice but we felt shortchanged and ill treated with this hiccups. We would like to ask for a refund for the first day and that Trip.com should pay for our sstay at Grand Landmark Hotel on 8-9 April for goodwill. It is not easy to move around with 2 msmall children. I hope your side exercise compassion and understanding for the negative experience we felt. w
