If you are going on a simple trip and looking for a safe condo to stay in. Is a good place to stay in.

It was easy and straightforward instructions was given out on how to check in and out. The cleanliness was considerably clean in the unit although it was a little dusty on the floor which I guess they could come in from the bottom gap of the main door. The homestay has every amenities we could want. Aeon supermarket, pharmacy and restaurants are just a stone's throw from the homestay itself, very convenient for us to get around. The homestay security level is pretty good to protect residents, prevent unauthorized access, and ensure a safe living environment. We get to see the security guards patrol all areas, with alertness and safety measures. This makes us feel safer during our stay. I will give 9/10 for our stay, minus 1 pt was because of the small wear and tear such as a chipped plate, broken lock slide door at the balcony and peeling off wallpaper. 8/10 to the condo amenities, minus 2 pt was because the children’s pool was found toilet paper soaking inside the pool and cigarette butt washing up at the swimming pool staircase. I find them disgusting, unhygienic and uncomfortable to let my little on to play in it. Overall, we had a pleasant and cosy homestay there and we will come back again.

The lady receptionist(based on her accent, probably she is a filipino) is very kind, helpful and friendly . I saw her working alone on all the 3 wkdays that i was there .. She truly deserved a praise because she is independent and hardworking by working alone on her shift, even though it wasnt very busy during wkdays but during school holiday season, it can be slightly busy for her .. Thank you for your hard work ! 👍 The room is spacious, clean and feels home . Amenities in room are sufficient but i wish there is a microvewave in this room because there is space to put one and im sure it would be helpful for guests especially to reheat our leftover foods .. Please consider this . 🥲 And the room slippers are too thin that my feet can feel the floor when walking to the lobby/pool, so i think need to improve on that . Everything else is fine . Location is also fine even if you dont drive .. There is a mall opp road of the hotel- the mall have a supermarket and some food shops/restaurants . The concierge/security and pool staffs are also kind and helpful .. 👍 The pool is great and with 2 water slides that both adults and kids can enjoy . There are many chairs and tables for guests to put our things while going for a swim but i think its time to repair the stairs especially on the white slide and also some flooring around the slides because there are broken tiles/holes that may cause injury . To the management, please take serious note on this, bfore any accident happen .. I dropped my spect while swimming and couldnt find it and i asked help from the pool staff . The next day when i went to checked with him, he said he had passed it to the reception . I thanked him and went to collect it . He also deserved a praise because he really went the extra mile to help . Thank you ! 👍 Overall, its been a great stay here . Will be back again next time . Recommended if you are looking for pool with slides ! 💙

The 3-bedroom is an exclusive unit, well equipped with microwave, big fridge, cooking utensils, good WiFi and huge TV. We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment as the check in process was seamless and the host is very friendly and attentive. The location is very ideal and there are numerous restaurants nearby. She has prepared the apartment with great care and we would love to return to this apartment as and when we are in Johor Bahru.

Check-in directions were clear and navigating to the residence was easy. The unit was clean and as advertised. We enjoyed the safety and amenities provided. Thank you! Cowidea Homestay Staff were always responsive to our requests.
