It has all the necessities you need to get a decent rest and to recharge. Breakfast is decent too!
don’t be fooled by its appearance on the outside as like what others have mentioned.. it a whole new era on the inside.

rm100을 입금하세요. 현금으로 해야 합니다. 체크인을 위해 오래 기다렸습니다. 카운터에서 얘기하는 게 짜증나네요. 그때도 많은 SG 분들이 기다리고 계셨어요. 자동차의 안전이 보장됩니다. 경찰 순찰대가 여러 차례 지나갔다. 주차비를 지불할 필요가 없습니다. 은행도 가깝습니다. 잠을 자기에 좋은 베개. 향기로운 방. 객실 슬리퍼가 있습니다. 창문은 없지만 편안해요. 욕실도 좋습니다. 엘리베이터가 있습니다. 일반실이에요 기도할 공간이 없습니다. 좁은. 큰 방을 구해야 해요. 4명이 숙박하기에 적합하지 않습니다. 시간을 확인해 보세요. 좋습니다.

The accommodation operates on a similar model to Airbnb. The host and team demonstrated proactive communication, providing access codes and passwords several days before arrival. A security deposit may be required. The room is suitable for couples or those requiring simple accommodations. However, guests should bring their own toiletries; while reasonably priced, items such as toothbrushes and toothpaste are not included. Bath towels and body soap are provided.
The apartment is conveniently located beside a mall so you can get your shopping done.

I’ve requested beforehand for apt key to be placed in mail box as I don’t drive, it will be too troublesome for me to travel to another place to pick up the key, but host forgotten about it and my family has to wait for 20 minutes for them to deliver the key. The unit furniture looks ok but the cleanliness is below expectations. Sewage smell in kitchen and toilet, rusty grills, mouldy tiles, stains on floor and basin, empty toiletries bottles, damp towels, cracked toilet bowls. I suspect bedsheets are not change as I found strands of long hair on the bed but no one in my family has long hair. Overall location is really good, if u don’t mind the cleanliness and dated hardware.

아파트는 꽤 깨끗합니다. 그러나 우리는 높은 길을 향한 Tower A에 방을 얻었습니다. 그래서 밤에는 매우 시끄러운 자동차 소음이 지나가는 소리가 들립니다. 따라서 당신이 가벼운 잠자는 사람이라면 고속도로 근처에 집을주지 말라고 주인에게 더 나은 메시지를 전하십시오. 집에 물 디스펜서가 있으면 좋을 것입니다. 샤워 편의 시설은 라벨이 붙지 않습니다. 병 안에 무엇이 있는지 라벨을 붙이는 것이 가장 좋습니다. 칫솔이 제공되지 않습니다. 무료 전원 세제가있는 세탁기가 있습니다. 욕실 매트가 제공되지 않으므로 샤워 후 욕실 바닥이 항상 젖어 넘어질 수 있습니다. 보기는 굉장합니다.

리리뷰어had to wait 10 mins at lobby even though we were there on time at 3pm upon checking in. Cleaning was then rushed to pass the key to us hence there's still rubbish on the floor and general cleanliness of the unit is doubtful.
Precheck in was completed online few hours before 3pm so the waiting part was really annoying however they replied quickly on WhatsApp on the status of what's going on and what's going to happen so at least the customer service was on point.
