Completely misleading and disappointing stay I stayed here for 2 nights, and my experience was very disappointing. The room looks nothing like the photos online. In reality, it’s no more than 12 square meters — extremely small, barely enough space to walk or unpack a suitcase. When I contacted the manager, he claimed the room was 22 square meters, but that’s simply not true. I have photos to prove it. The shower drain was blocked, and there was only one power outlet in the entire room, so you have to charge your devices one at a time. The manager was rude and completely unhelpful, refusing to take any responsibility or offer a solution. Also, be aware that renovation and construction noise starts around 8:00 in the morning, so don’t expect to sleep in. It’s very noisy and disturbing early in the day. Overall, a very disappointing experience — the hotel is nothing like what’s advertised online, and definitely not recommended.

It is a great location. The building is new and the room is clean. The pillows are very comfy and the mattress is super comfortable too. The front staff is very friendly and check in was very fast.

Everything is still super new as it is a new property. Swimming pool is still under maintenance During my checkout, there was a power outage and whole building cannot operate for 1 hour

Had a pleasant stay at this apartment. Comfortable bed and walking distance to lots of food and KSL. Thumbs Up!

Good for short stay. It’s more like a service apartment. I booked for only 1 night. No drinking water or coffee provided. Room was clean but not exceptional. Recommend only if no other good hotel available.
