Space Residency by Avery with Cityview at JBCC【Free Parking+Walk 100m to KSL+Infinity Pool】

WAS checked in at the midnight and a free room upgrade for us surprizingly. Samuel is really helpful throughout the whole stay honestly. was a pretty amazing experience. Highly Recommemded 👍🏻👌🏻😄

This project unit is still very new as there were renovations going on in other units. The pool & gym size were decent and we did enjoy the facilities. The management team send their rep.to pick us up during check in. Communication was good as we used WhatsApp to message and they did a good job in communicating with us on a daily basis to check whether we needed any assistance during our stay. Netflix was provided which was an added bonus. They were kind enough to extend 1 more hour for our last day's checkout. Room was great as they knew we only have 2 pax and they provided a double bed for each room (though booking listed as a single bed with extra futons ). In the unit everything was new. We will definitely book again if the price is attractive enough as price is one of the main factors to consider for a JB trip since there are many other cheaper options available.

Location is top notch as it is less than 5mins walk to KSL. The property seems to be quite new so there were some renovation work ongoing at the level 2 lift lobby. Apart from that, guest was welcoming and brought us to our unit (high floor as requested) with welcome drinks.

Served by Jeff on checking in. Helped to collect luggage for storage b4 room was ready. We were about to check in earlier than expected but we went shopping 😊. The room was very clean, bright and comfortable. We were given welcome cooling tea! Nice and not too sweet. especially was cold, nice on hot day. Basic toiletries were provided. Nice sunset and sunrise view too. Samuel approved my late check out without additional costs!!. Overall service was excellent. Will return again on my next trip. Thanks again Jeff and Samuel for the extra ordinary service provided. 👍

Only stayed for 1 brief night while enroute to KL so can’t comment about the location since it was just a sleepover for us rather than leisure trip. The unit that we stayed in looks different from the photos in our booking. There was no dining table, no cups/plates/cutleries etc. but there was towel, toothbrush, kettle and slippers provided. Bed is comfortable. Didn’t shower so not sure about the water pressure. Initially security didn’t allow us to park in the property but we informed him that the host said we could park.
