What an absolutely wonderful experience! The property itself is stunning, one of the best we’ve ever stayed, and the staff truly go above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. Sikunder’s palace tour was both insightful and captivating, offering a unique perspective on the property. Swaroop and Rajveer made our birthday celebration so much fun and unforgettable. Hukam’s kindness and meticulous attention to detail ensured our room was always perfectly attended to. And Aman provided outstanding service during both breakfast and dinner, making every meal a delight. Thank you to the entire team for such exceptional hospitality!

What do I say, coming back to Umaid Bhawan, every year, I am hooked to the charm and service. I was there recently, 6th of November, 2024 with a group of very close friends from India and overseas. My friends and I (despite coming umpteen times) were blown away by the welcome accorded to us. Right from the ceremonial welcome to the traditional welcome, to the lunch layout and service at the Princes room, tour of the property and the stay, everything was detailed and planned to perfection. I want to specially thank the management and Swaroop Singh ji who always takes exceptional care of us and has been an integral part of our exceptional experiences throughout the years. It is with hardworking people like him the experience becomes what it is. We long to visit the property again to experience the hospitality and warm service like nowhere else.

From the moment we arrived to leaving we were totally treated like royalty throughout our 3 night stay. Everything was just perfect and nothing too much trouble for the staff- our personal concierge Aniket was a superstar and even arranged a special behind the scenes experience for my husband to take photos. Our room was beautiful- every detail thought through and special touches from the lovely Asif. Complimentary afternoon tea is a nice touch and morning yoga, plus a choice of 2 pools and a lovely spa. We ate a very special dinner at Pillars which was beautiful, and thanks to Manisha for her recommendations on Indian dishes. Once here you won’t want to go out, but do as Jodhpur is a magical place.

This was the most amazing experience of our trip. We were pampered and were given the best hospitality. Our welcoming procession made us feel special. The hotel had many complimentary activities for us to choose from including mocktail making and palace tours. The food was delicious and they were very catering to our needs. You can choose from an Indian meal or a multi continental meal. Their drinks were incredible. Our favorite drinks are Jodhpur Lancers (whiskey based) and The Maharani Special (vodka based). Not only was the food good, but also the palace was filled with beauty and history. Its majestic architecture leaves you in awe at each time of the day. So make sure you have your camera ready, especially to capture photos of the peacocks. We were able to feed the peacocks at breakfast too! The entertainment was phenomenal. The Rajasthani musicians played Bollywood songs we requested during our welcome. The musicians during dinner played the best music that made us sing and dance *****. They are all so talented and we wish we could listen to them all day. The best part about Umaid Bhawan that makes it stand out from any other hotel was the staff. Some of the staff members that made our stay amazing: Aniket, Jabbar, Manisha, Yakup, Shobhit, Narendar, Sweta, Harsh, Kartik, Deepika and Hardik.

It was my one of my best stay in terms of hospitality and opulence , in the world!!! Mr swaroop, Mr sikandar and Mr saadiq were absolutely wonderful.... I wud like to go there again and be treated like king & queen... The trophy bar and risala restaurant are stunning with good delectable choice of food! All in all... BEST!!!
