호텔 우아야칸(Huayacan Cuernavaca Curamoria Collection)

I had the opportunity to discover this place by going to a wedding that I was invited to and I was lucky to find lodging right there. It is a place to disconnect, the gardens are beautiful, an incredible peace exudes, the hotel is very good and the restaurant's cuisine is wonderful. It is a place to rest, sleep, read, meditate and not get out of there.

This is an airport style/food/service hotel on a land surrounded by nature.

The hotel is very nice and food is great. I was there for a wedding and in general the service is good. I was not happy with what happend after checking out. I was about drive to the exit when I was approached by the front desk personnel to tell me that two hand towels were stained with makeup (which is true, not too bad though) and that I had to pay for them. Since I was in a rush, I complied but this is outrageous. I have travelled all over the world and this rarely happens in pricey hotels, trust me. $370 MXN for 2 hand towels... this is a lot of money. Also I only had one coffee mug in my room and they were also telling the other one was missing, which I told them, yes, since I arrived.

Excellent Service. Delicious Food. Open air venue with spectacular views. The meal was Ceviche Verde, Filete de Rea y mousse de chocolate. The flowers were wonderful. Thank you Luis Manuel Valora and Luis Hernandez for all your help. We had a wonderful time.

Lugar ideal para descansar, jardines hermosos, para los que buscan realizar algún evento social es excelente opción fuera de lo común , se conjugan varios factores, flora y fauna en este lugar, parece que estás fuera de México, me encanta!

Escogimos Jardín Huayacan para casarnos mi esposo y yo. El jardín nos enamoró desde que llegamos, son enormes, con pequeños lagos y distintos tipos de plantas y flores, muy bien cuidados. Y era perfecto que tuviera hotel para hospedarnos nosotros y nuestros familiares. Pero realmente el hotel da mucho que desear. Es un hotel de fin de semana, el resto de la semana fuimos la única habitación ocupada. Lo cual hace que otros servicios estén limitados, el restaurante cerraba a las 6pm, entonces si queríamos de cenar teníamos que salir o pedir afuera. Las instalaciones del hotel no son las más prácticas, desde baños abiertos, puertas que abren para fuera, TVs análogas que necesitan 2 controles para us****, poco muebles en habitación. El servicio es limitado, solo tienen 1 bell boy, lo cual nos pasó que estaba ocupado y acabamos cargando las maletas nosotros sin elevador. Por 3 días no nos pusieron Kleenex. El último día, apagaron el AC y no lo pudimos usar en la habitación. Realmente me deja mucho que desear el hotel. No es un hotel con todos los servicios ni amenidades. No vale precio-calidad.

Pésimo servicio en restaurante, la comida bastante desabrida. El hotel es muy bonito pero no es posible que por esos precios no tenga elevador el edificio, ni puertas divisorias y aislantes entre el excusado y el resto de la habitación. No servía el AC tampoco. Tampoco tiene gimnasio. Precio y arquitectura de lujo, realidad de hotel barato y chafa.

Sorprendente lugar donde se puede combinar los negocios con el contacto con la naturaleza , los servicios son excelentes y la comida increíble, las habitaciones muy cómodas y con todo lo necesario para la estadía en el lugar

Hermosas instalaciones, excelente servicio. Habitaciones modernas. La comida muy buena. Sus jardines preciosos para hacer picnic. Solo la temperatura de la alberca tiene que mejorar, está fría casi todo el dia
