服務很好，因為是淡季，還給我升級了房間。服務可以説是有求必應了！我忘帶眉筆，前台小姐姐還幫我找了支眉筆幫我削好了給我用。離開酒店小姐姐還送了特產和超甜的橘子給我，幸福感滿滿。 環境很好，地理位置比較優越，在板橋村再往西過去一點的山路邊，地方很大，看起來很氣派。因為在山裡，所以整體很靜謐。因為就在山邊，房間裏能看到山景。酒店邊上還有條小溪流，豐水期應該還不錯，可惜現在枯水期。他們還有自己茶園，房間的茶都是自己茶園裡的。 設施還算挺齊全，有泳池，小童遊玩區，只是有些玩具壞了。酒店整體環境設計挺美的，拍照應該也挺好看的。他們還有自己的餐廳，炒的菜還可以，中規中矩。早餐裏的梅乾菜肉包和燒麥還挺好吃。 衞生還可以，就是擦腳巾有點黃色印跡，其他都不錯。瑕不掩瑜吧衹能説。 總體來説還是很滿意的

民宿在水墨汀溪景區裏面，來的不是時候，很多地方都在修路，從板橋村過來的時候差點以為走錯了。不過進來後就挺驚艷的。房間很乾凈，也很大，前台小姐姐給我們升級成了大床房，晚餐在民宿吃的，燒的也不錯，全吃光。走的時候小姐姐還給我們準備了小餅乾帶走。

酒店在水墨汀溪景區北入口不遠，看風景很不錯，房間裝修精緻，動線合理，投屏用的是堅果，效果很好，小朋友看電影很方便，房間還有小度智能，馬桶也是智能馬桶，一樓是酒店大堂和餐廳，茶室，門口有沙池和泳池，對親子友好！酒店自帶餐廳，入住的時候看到很多客人直接在酒店內點餐，這點也很方便，我們在隔壁大排檔吃的，菜色都差不多！美中不足的是酒店民宿型，節假日期間早餐廳接待能力有點不足，希望能合理安排好出餐，還有衞生細節希望可以多多提高！另外表揚酒店服務人員態度都還是很好的！
