잔시 호텔(Jhansi Hotel)

We reached the hotel on 25th April'24 at 11 pm There was no hot water available. The person who was at the reception desk refused to switch on the boiler. And was very rude. We didn't get hot water insipte of talking to the general manager of the hotel . He first refused food . Then agreed to give us food as if he was doing us a favour. The western commode was not working. The washroom window was very dirty . We were not given any wifi id or password on arrival. How can people rate this as even average , I am surprised. Pethatic hotel. Rating 0/10 The general manager is relying on his team which is very poor . He should be taking surprise rounds of hotel rooms and keep strict vigil .

I had planned a weeding of my brother in Jhansi Hotel and it turn out to be the best. The support and hospitality of the I would recommend and will give 5 stars to Jhansi hotel. Thank you Mr. Mohar Singh for organising the event and making it memorable. Cheers !!!

Booked hotel on TripAdvisor viewers ,, location is good,food good,,popular for Jhansi residents,,famous marriage vanue in Jhansi,, room services limited,,we checked out early morning ,, linen very old , not suitable to price charged,, hotel charged Rs 400 for hand towel,,building is 100 years old with no ventilation , toilet was very bad ,, warer leakagerwgularly from washbasin,, House keeping staff was not he,,being Senior Citizen 75 years old,,clean slab with hand towel,,

Really good option at very very reasonable pricing of 3000/- Awesome spacious room like a 4 star with nice amenities and all toiletries. The place has a calm effect. The restaurant is nice as well, I liked the chicken biryani - top notch. I liked it!!

Small hotel for Jhansi residents. Bad management for out side Travellers. Staff charged Rs 400 for old hand towel. 100 years old structure,No ventilation,;bad deigned toilets , water spillage. Poor quality of toiletries and linens. We cleaned the spillage of water of washbasin slab with hand towel which very old. I don't understand how TripAdvisor verifies the 5 stars comments for reviews. Suddenly one contributor or few contributors give 5 Stars misleading to understand TripAdvisor. Travellers have faith in TripAdvisor. Marketing style. Very sad 😔 TripAdvisor should have Team to verifying the reviews. There is good food popular for locals . Prices of food equal to 4 star hotels.

The hotel is one of the oldest hotels in Jhansi and renovated by the new buyers Extremely well maintained and extremely neat and clean place The rooms are neat and clean and comfortable The staff are courteous and well behaved The quality of food is outstanding

Amazing heritage hotel. Couldn’t believe level of cleanliness, service & ambiance. Lazeez.restaurant food & service is top notch. Just came from Taj Bhopal to stay here for a day to see Jhansi fort & pleasantly surprised with Jhansi hotel. This is best in Jhansi. Period!

Best hotel in town in terms of everything be it food ,services, hospitality,ambiance everything on point We always opt for this hotel for every occasion . Highly recommended. Everyone is very cooperative
