My assessment of our stay at the Chili Beach Hotel is absolutely negative. - Not up to the standards of a 5* hotel - Room price very high in relation to the quality offered. - room very small and in urgent need of renovation. - the safe was very small and did not work. - the wifi was poor and with poor coverage. - the breakfast was poor and meagre. - the pool was small and poorly designed - the gym with little equipment, part of which was not working. Apart from the fact that it is outside - the hotel is situated on the beach front but between the hotel and the sandy beach there is a cemetery. - For urgent family reasons we had to leave the hotel early and they did not want to pay us for any of the nights that we could not enjoy. Very little sensitivity on the part of the hotel management. In short, a hotel that is not at all recommendable. Not even at half the price. I would rate it with Not more than two stars.

Outstanding… my second time at the Chili beach and, again, a wonderful place to relax. The hotel may not have a view of the Jeri dunes, but the plus is that it is not located on the noisy main ***** of beach. The service is wonderful - friendly and accommodating. The food very good - I loved the breakfast. I stayed the first few nights in an ocean view apartment, but then moved to a garden apartment (seduction). I think it’s fair to say that the garden apartment is nicer one - it’s larger and has better air conditioning. The only advantage of the ocean view apartment in my view is the patio that leads onto the pool area….a great place to chill out. I’ve stayed in several hotels in Jeri over the years and it is Chili beach that I would come back to.

Amazing people. Truly spectacular service. Everything was perfect and I couldn’t have chosen a better place for a vacation. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. The staff were friendly, the views were surreal. Absolutely perfect in every aspect

Esperava mais da Pousada, no seu todo. Ela realmente é bem charmosa, mas deixou a desejar em alguns pontos. Seus funcionários são extremamente atenciosos, e nos fazem sentir em casa. Eles que tornam nossa experiência melhor. O que nos desagradou foi que a pousada não “montou” todo o cenário para receber. Mobiliários da área externa cobertos com lonas, as cadeiras por dias ficaram sem estofados da área externa. Não condiz com as Fotos do local. A roupa de cama também poderia contar com edredom e travesseiros melhores. As toalhas de banho são de boa qualidade. O café da manhã é servido a lá carta diretamente em nossas mesas, tem boas escolhas no cardápio, mas as opções que nos vem à mesa todo dia são servidas as mesmas coisas. Enfim, pelo valor cobrado nas diárias poderia se preocupar mais com a estética do local.

El lugar es espléndido y la atención del personal magnifica. La carta del restaurante es variada y todos los platos extraordinarios. La habitación muy cómoda y la atención súper personalizada. Muy bien ubicado si se busca cierta privacidad ya que no está en el centro del pueblo sino que un poco más privado.
