Let's stick to the facts, this isn't a 5 star hotel. It's at best a 3 star. It's tired, and dated inside the rooms. It stank the moment we opened the door of overused air freshener to mask the smell of drains because it rained according to the front desk. It's heavily over priced. The telephone didn't work to call for room service or even the front desk. No English speaking TV channels other than a news channel. Ant swarms most days somewhere. The food was not bad but €30 for a breakfast buffet or dinner its keen! The pool was shut, there wasn't a play area for kids, no crèche. No discount available for upgrading the room from a single to a double. We regret upgrading now for the additional €200. I came here in 2005 as a young 25 yearold onna work trip. I'd be surprised if it has seen a coat of paint since. Pros: it has a good golf course according to mates. It's next door to Jerez racing circuit. Cons: avoid if possible

Suelo quedarme en hoteles Barceló, y creo que éste es de los más flojos que me he encontrado jamás. Iré por puntos. Checkin genial, personal muy amable y servicial, rápido y efectivo. Nada que objetar. Habitación, pues regular. De tamaño, algo pequeña. Estética algo antigua aunque pasable. Pero el colchón y las almohadas...no pude pegar ojo las tres noche que estuve, un absoluto desastre. Y añade una luz verde de emergencias que te ilumina TODA la habitación como si fuera de día, es increíble que tengan eso así. Wifi ok, televisión grande y buen funcionamiento, ok. Desayuno, bastante bien, poca variedad, aunque me sobra. El zumo de naranja de bote. Parking minúsculo, tuve que dejar el coche fuera con el consiguiente paseillo. El hotel (aunque eso ya lo sabía al reservarlo), está absolutamente a desmano, y no hay nada cercano. Durante el día, se escuchan las motos del circuito perfectamente, resultando algo molesto. En definitiva, la experiencia fue mala, principalmente por el tema colchón, almohada y luz, si no hubiera sido por esto ni tan mal. Entiendo que es solucionable, así que espero que el feedback sirva para arreglarlo.
