It comes complete with beautiful deer that often roam the property and a homey, comfortable house suitable for large families or groups of up to 14. There are five bedrooms and a large recreation area, which has four additional beds, a pool table, foosball, books, toys, exercise equipment, and large TV. You and your family and/or friends will be fascinated with the beautiful bike trails, water park, golf courses, and the beautiful beaches. The historical district was once the winter home for many famous and rich Americans such as Bell, Morgan, Goodyear, and Pulitzer. Much of the island is natural with trails through the forests, lake filled alligators, and tropical birds.
