Overall better experience, greater services and facility than anticipated.

Hands down the best hotel in Janakpur. Staff were friendly, location was great - within walking distance to the Janak Madir. I especially like the way they repel the insects so the hotel is clean and keep guests safe from mosquito bites. Food was good standard, would be best if they get the breakfast buffet covered when the food are left at the bar table for hygienic reasons.

An excellent option to stay at Janakpur. The check in was very smooth , the lady at the reception was so friendly ,cute and charming. I stayed here for a night, in the room 2005, on the first floor. The room and bathroom were clean but not the bed linens. Staffs including those serving in the restaurants were very friendly and cooperative. Food and breakfast were good but bit on costlier side. Bathroom amenities included soap shampoo lotion and dental kit. No shaving kit was there. A slipper was available. I had take some mosquito bites, though the room had repellent. flat TV, and kettle was there. 2 bottles of half litre water was there in the room, free of charge. Location nice and quiet. The hotel is managed by soaltee group. Pros: Location, Rooms, Food Cons : The rates both room and food.

Best in Janakpur, stayed in other hotels also but not good. Clean rooms , good response from staff and fast service. Will definitely stay again. Check if they are booked out most of the time they are fully booked so recommend to make reservation before reaching there.

We 5 members stayed 2 night in this nice hotel. Rooms are great, neat and well maintained. We also ate dinner there, which was tasty and service was also OK. However, we had very bad experience with their breakfast. When we reached restaurant, food pots kept in row to serve were either empty or in mess. We tried to find some food, but staff were also helpless. Later we found that there was a big training/workshop ongoing and breakfast was eaten by a big crowed earlier. We were asked to grab few items leftover. We had to run for meeting, therefore, few of us got some few slice of bread and veg only, rest had to left without breakfast. I could not believe such negligence from such a nice hotel which is managed by Soltee group, as I was told. So sad.

We must say this is the best hotel in Janakpur.Everything went well from arrival till check out.Delicious food and spacious room.Special thanks to Mr.BishanThapa,operation manager ,Rakesh chef ,Bishal Sharma at Restaurant and Priyanka at front desk.

Taking time from Busy city and Relaxing, This is the best place for family and Tourist and it has enough space for the Big group and Meeting Hall. Food is great. It's clean and Neat. If we are coming back we will be staying here.
