Checkin process was pathetic, the front desk lacked anticipation and everything was informed after asking liking where is the breakfast area timings etc. Breakfast was good! Wooden flooring to be checked as the same was in not a good condition and might hurt if one is walking bare foot on the floor.

Being an old hotel was having good expectations. But it was. It as good. The hotel had turned off central heating. I asked thay said lame excuses like customers feel hot, weather is changing etc you pay a price for comfort which was not provided. Room was clean and service was good though.

Everything was good and great service. And the staff was so good. And the stay was great and everything good too

the room 224, as it is near to the main road, should have thicker wall and glass pane so that less noise from early morning traffic comes in. Rest apart, the food and the amenities in the room ***** with looks was quite good and comfortable

*check-in process* the check-in was smooth and the staff at the front desk were friendly. However, it took a bit longer than expected, and there was a small line. *room quality* the room was clean and adequately furnished, but it felt a bit dated. The bed was comfortable, which was a plus, but the bathroom could use some renovations. The shower pressure was low, and the towels were not as fluffy as i would have liked. *service* service was generally good, but i encountered a couple of staff members who seemed indifferent. A little more attention to guest needs would enhance the experience. *overall impression* met my basic needs, there are areas that could use improvement to elevate the overall experience. I would consider staying again if i’m in the area, but i would also explore other options. *rating: 3 out of 5 star
