This was our 2nd visit, it was just as we remembered. The staff are all very friendly and excellent at their roles. Unfortunately I was ill during our visit and needed to attend hospital, Janeth was exceedingly helpful in arranging various things for me during my illness and would check daily on how i was health wise. She is a credit to The Loop Beach Resort. There is many restaurants / bars on the sea front only a few minutes walk away if you fancy a change from eating in The Loop, we plan on returning hopefully 2026.

Small and local hotel, committed to environmental matters. Fantastic place - looks like paradise and very charming rooms around the pool. Hotel staff is always nice and smily and eager to help all day long ! The best place we experienced in Zanzibar!

Beautiful place brilliant staff delicious food. Looked aftered from the minute we walked in and minutes we walked out. Amazing week. Beach was awesome.They message I had twice we’re so relaxing. Recommend to everyone for a nice relaxing holiday

Very good service, Nice resort. Perfect location and fine rooms with good beds (with extra topper) . Good delicious breakfast and food. The housekeeping was great. Clean rooms and wonderful ‘towel folding art’. The two ladies of the massage: many thanks. You both did great! Thanks to Ragna, Rachel and Lucia for their service with a smile. And Suleiman was great with his surprise our last day with fresh papaya. Asante sana!

After a 2-week safari on the mainland with family, the Loop Beach Resort was a delightful place for just my wife and me to relax and unwind. The resort provides a small, quiet, unpretentious place with excellent staff, comfy rooms, and delicious food. We were concerned at check-in because we arrived late and the lobby/lounge area was dark with music playing loudly which made the process difficult. But after getting to our room and sleeping very well we woke to a beautiful sunrise and a delicious breakfast. All of our concerns were gone. The staff were excellent. They got to know guests and were very attentive making sure we were comfortable. The pool was beautiful, overlooking the ocean, perfect for a quiet dip and maybe swim a few laps. It was great to step out onto the beach for a walk. We had massages that were a perfect treat to include. The resort is remote from most of the activities the island offers. They can arrange activities and transportation but it was always a somewhat long ride to get anywhere. That’s the trade off to staying at a quiet place. If you do schedule an activity with the concierge, be sure to ask about details so you take everything you’ll need for the day. It was easy to forget about planning details for a day trip.

I am so happy I decided on this hotel in Jambiani for my stay in beautiful Zanzibar! Loved every minute of it. The staff was the best, the food was great, the rooms lovely and the overall ambiance made me wanna spend all my time there! Can't wait to go back!
