Stayed at the Hotel for 15 days recently on a business trip. It was an absolute pleasure staying here. The hotel staff is adaptable and flexible as per the requirements of the guests. The rooms are great and the housekeeping staff really does a great job. I would specially like to Mention Mr Abhishek Sinha, Ms Maamsi and Mr Yuvraaj at the front desk. They really helped out with all our requirements and always had a quick resolution for any issue with a smile. Regards Anugrah Singh

It was a great vacation to Jaisalmer . Had comfortable stay at Gorbandh palace by Taj. The staff was very humble and helpful.. service was top notch for every small request they completed .. it's perfect example of hospitality specially Restaurant supervisor Nikhil and the server calroy we r very appropriate to the their services 10/10

A very new property in Jaisalmer Opened in January 2024 With fantastic views and beautiful architecture Everything here was about luxury Restaurant here named bazaar which served very delicious food Best part was The Bar Mr Nikhil was very friendly Evenings were so lovely having chilled beer at the bar table Thank you so much gorband team for making our stay memorable

Few things to write about the gorbandh palace, Jaisalmer the ambience of the hotel and the beauty is like heaven. The warmly welcome by front office team, also the housekeeping team they know their guest likes and dislikes and also every staff working in this hotel will greet you with a pleasant smile. The garden and the pool area mind-blowing refreshings cocktails and mocktails while hanging in their lawns seeing a beautiful sunset. Also special thanks to Mr. Nikhil keer to assist us and guide us in every single things,he is very sharp kindly and humble person towards every guest a Soft spoken *** dealing with hundreds of guest can gain this thing always keep this nature as it is dear and also thankyou very much for making our stay comfortable and memorable.kudos to all of your team.

We went for the fine dining experience, it was so well, food was amazing (specially the pizza and Alfredo pasta). Special Thanks to Mr. Kump Singh (security) who guided us about this property so we could have that sort of experience on our special day.

Amazing dining experience and the service staff was extremely good and helpful especially Calroy. He was really courteous and polite. The food was yummy. The ambience and location of the hotel will surely put anyone in a good mood. Kudos to the entire team!

Food quality is good, Nikhil supervisor was very helpful to make our stay comfortable. who gave us good suggestions and made sure we got to try the best dishes available! Overall stay was excellent and funful, definitely recommend to my family and friends.
