When I stay here from 31st may 2022 to 2nd June 2022 their is problem of electricity cut in jaisalmer. My wife and my kid of 8 month is in room and he didn't on ac for the 5 hours. I complain many times on reception but he didn't listen that. When I ask for the check out he show me his local attitude and take 500 Rs extra. Very very bad behaviour and his owner is very cheap person.

We stayed there for single day. The experience was very nice. The staff was helpful. Rooms and washroom were clean. There is lift too and proper arrangement for hot water.

Water not available and restaurant is not working even phone also not picking up. Room size also very small but charges is high.

We booked 6 privileged rooms.... For Rs 3000 per room including breakfast.... Hotel just fooled us by providing 2 privileged rooms and rest 4 rooms superior.... Taking 10 Rs extra for packaged drinking water. Its not a 3 star hotel... Maximum 2 star.. Breakfast:- Will give dry bread, butter and Jam... Toast should be done by customer.... Upma was full of chilly powder... Toilet:-All taps are leaking and no maintenance done.... Stingy smell Service:-Zero service... Till now we had not checked out without giving tips to staff... For the first time we had not given a penny as tip because of their service... Only Positive is we can take photos on hall with good background... And a small lift... Kindly don't go by 4.6 rating on google... If there was negative star i could have given minus five to them

Had an excellent stay at hotel jessulkot. The owner provided great support and was very helpful

The room was clean and beautiful. Everything was in working condition and the staff were helpful too. The stay was truly good
