라마다 자이푸르 후기

제가 머물렀던 곳 중 최악이었습니다. 로비와 방에 들어갔을 때 강한 냄새가 났습니다. 시설이 오래되고 망가졌습니다. 다들 무관심하죠. 프런트 직원은 제가 아직 돈을 내지 않았다며 여행 일정 확인서 사진을 찍어 달라고 했고, 그는 지불한 것을 보지 못했다고 말했습니다. 나는 돈을 확대했다. 그때서야 체크인이 허용되었습니다. 다음날 체크아웃을 했는데도 그들은 내가 돈을 내지 않았다고 하면서 오랫동안 논쟁을 벌였어요. 그냥 빨리 탈출하고 싶어,

호텔은 크리스마스 갈라 디너를 사라고 강요하면서 예약에 언급되어 있고 모든 투숙객이 참석해야 한다고 했습니다! 이것은 호텔에 머물기에는 가장 터무니없는 조건입니다. 저는 이 호텔을 관광객에게 추천하지 않을 것입니다.

Helpful concierge and laundry staff. Pool, gym and spa staff needed more training in customer service and knowledge on not to stare to make guests uncomfortable

I had a fantastic stay at Ramada by Wyndham Jaipur. The hotel is well-maintained and offers excellent value for money. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with all the modern amenities needed for a pleasant stay. The staff were extremely courteous and efficient, always ready to assist with any requests. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of options, catering to both Indian and international tastes. The rooftop pool and restaurant offered a relaxing atmosphere with beautiful city views, making it a great spot to unwind. Located centrally, the hotel provides easy access to Jaipur’s main attractions. Overall, my experience was wonderful, and I would highly recommend Ramada Jaipur for both business and leisure stays.

Not a5 star or 4 star property at all. Average experience here. Rooms and lobby has since weird smell. Just an ok option of you are not getting any other good hotel.

The room was not properly clean and the bedsheet had stain marks and also the room service department was not good and no clear information give for ice bucket to be charged. The only department which was good is housekeeping and the front desk during our checkin.

Looks more like a 3 star hotel. The amenities are not managed well.

This property not belong to star property. Rooms are so old not updated bathroom not too good and no bathroom amenities.

pasta was the best ever that I have had Indian food ladies fingers also excellent room and extra bed and view was great Kajal was serving and she was very sweet and caring wish her all the best in life location was very central and parj8ng was available checking and baggage handling was perfect

It’s very nice stay and excellent service and also food quality. And near to all tourists point in Jaipur and also by air port. all staff is well educated and communicated. rooms are neat and clean Shopping market to close also public transport available

The experience with the Ramada was quite awesome right from check in the front desk staff are very helpful and co operative entire front desk team and Hotel team was awesome...I would like mention some names specially Lony,Harsh ,Parvez were too supportive....

Clear difference when we had stayed at Wyndham Vietnam, they never stopped smiling, and at Ramada Wyndham, the word smile does not exist. Just checked in five minutes ago and was quite surprised by the way the front desk staff interacts with customers. Neither Loni nor Afzal offered a single smile. They might be busy, but that doesn’t mean they should stand at the front counter with expressionless faces. The room is decent—let’s see how the rest of the day goes. The check in experience is already a let down, out of everyone the *** at the concierge desk greeted nicely. Front desk employees should take tips from him.
