This hotel is an unassuming oasis in the city where luxury was present behind a guarded gate. We had a down day with no tours so we enjoyed a private yoga session on the lawn before breakfast and a short visit to the spa. The chocolate facial felt a little rough but smelled of chocolate. The Indian cranial massage was also a little rough and unexpected. The breakfasts and service were great and the room was beautiful.

The quaint and darling little gem of a hotel was just perfect for everything! The food and service was impeccable. I treated myself to a massage and it was incredible. I wish I had more time to unwind in this very tranquil and relaxing hotel! My room made me feel like a princess and the atmosphere was simply perfection!

The hotel has an great central location for exploring the city. The rooms are spacious and food is varied. But a major downside: the receptionists are extremely unhelpful and unprofessional. After days of dining at the hotel, we requested restaurant recommendations, only to be told to venture outside the premises and find one ourselves. How rude! Eventually, when they did suggest a restaurant, it turned out to be a terrible experience - we ended up sick in bed for two days!! Especially the receptionist during the night shift - every time we asked him about something, it felt like we were inconveniencing him, even though we weren't. On the other hand, the staff at the restaurant and welcoming us at the front gate was super nice.

This hotel feels like home. Perfect service, lovely people, wonderful garden. We just love it. Our great driver Mr Gokul knows everything about Jaipur,super save driver since 22 years. Mr Rajes the concierce takes care of all your wishes. We can highly recommend this hotel.

one of the best restaurants to be at. Beautfiul heritage low keys property hidden. Loved being here. Jaipur has got great places to offer but the shopping is horrible, especially for toruist. My wife and I had the worst experience ever with the Jewelery shop recommend by the tour guide in Jaipur. It was a big store, with lot of gemstone, I brought beautiful emerald earrings for my wife. On getting them appraised in my country I got to know they were pieces of glass . I reported this to the Jeweller immediately, I was never heard of after one time. Have written them several email , but no reply. i felt cheated, by these *****. Finally, i contacted the tour guide who took us there and he could just pull off few dollars stating that at least I got real gold. Also, was told if I complained in the Company i will not even get the money i was getting. And the process will be very long. The shop name is BHANDARI JEWELLERS, The owner said he knows ***y people in USA. He comes every 3 month to USA and was a very sweet talker when he took us around the shop which apparently was all fake. He told me , he has lived in USA . But really pissed . FELT CHEATED and BLACKMAILED. Never go there

My four night stay at the Samode Haveli was great. The hotel staff is friendly, helpful and attentive to all needs. Restaurant attendants were above exceptional. Food choices and preparation for breakfast lunch and dinner is very good. The hotel is centrally located and in close proximity to most sites visited. The two hundred year old architecture of the hotel grounds was very interesting to explore. My room was very comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel while visiting Jaipur.

Home away from home! What a lovely and beautiful place to stay in Jaipur. Beautiful Garden, great pool, amazing food and even more important, so ***y lovely people working at Samode to make your stay memorable. Mister Rajesh the concierce helps you organizing your trip perfectly, Mister Gokul is the best and friendliest driver we ever had, all people at the reception are doing a perfect job, the ***ager takes care of all your needs for a perfect stay. And the sercive people are lovely. We would always choose Samode Haveli for our trips to Jaipur!

This is a magnificent old style building which has been well maintained and has old style, but very comfortable furniture and fittings. The dining and pool areas are lovely with comfortable seats or loungers. We ate out in the evenings as we enjoy exploring, but the breakfast offerings are fantastic, from traditional Indian fare to Conservative European food. The staff are very helpful and friendly too. Of the 4 places we have stayed so far on this trip, this is by far my favourite. A peaceful haven close to the centre of this bustling metropolis. Our 2nd floor suite was certainly one of the best we have ever been given. We would definitely stay here again if we return to jaipur.
