Receptionist was saying no room is available but when i booked they gave me room and not only saying that room is not available but also demanding double charge. Service is extremely poor, sofa, chair, bedsheet all are dirty and when i complained about it they said they will change and ignored the conversation.

Stayed there on the eve of new year. The security guy himself was drunk. There was too much noise and drunk guys roaming in the corridor. The food was terrible. Otherwise, the room was clean and the linen was fine.

This hotel is located on the delhi jaipur highway and newly built, the staff is very efficient and my check in process was smooth. Food quality and rates were also goodall in all a good experience.
