This is a 2 bed, 2 bath with sofa bed 1300 square feet, right on the beach. This condo is fully equipped, you can hear the ocean from the 300 square feet fully furnished terrace.The common areas provide you with 24 hrs security, reception,3 pools, bar, restaurants, coffee shop, convenience store, pool bar, ATM, etc. Check in and check out its flexible, upon occupancy. You will have access to the two pools at The Palms and there are 2 other at Crocs which is the resort next door, which you have access to all of their common areas. At the resort there is a coffee shop, three restaurants open from 6:00 am for breakfast, bar, casino, ATM, convinience store etcAbout pets:No pets allowed.About children:Adults only.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About events:No events allowed.

Great vacation! We stayed 5 days and enjoyed the pools, beach and National Parks. Location is excellent. Far enough to be peaceful but close to Jaco to people watch and shop.

Not ideal for a family stay This property is more suitable for a weekend stay for younger ages (20-30 year olds). It is a place to "crash" for a few days. There was no shampoo or conditioner as listed. The soap provided was a small square which gave you 1 1/2 uses. No laundry pods for duration of stay. Kitchen sink leaking. Toilet handle had to be lifted up or else the water continued to run/waste water.

Jaco Vaca This property is located on the northern most area of Jaco beach, very close to Monkey Beach. The condo was accurately described, clean and well maintained. The property was well kept and cleaned and groomed daily. As we've been to Jaco several times, we were content to stay by the pool, walk the beach and enjoy the ocean right in front of the property. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a quiet place to enjoy the sun, surf and beach.

Looking forward to the next stay already! The property was as described, very clean and well kept. The views from the unit were awesome. The property owner was very responsive and provided assistance on airport transportation and a personal chef. It was a wonderful stay and we will be booking again!

Belle emplacement La location a été facile, malheureusement l’état de propreté de l’intérieur est à revoir systeme d’air climatisé vraiment mal propre, heureusement l’extérieur du complexe très propre et bien entretenu.
