A shot bike ride to Jacksonville Jaguars game, concerts and many more. The space This is a newly renovated single level cute and bright one bedroom apartment. It has one queen bed, one futon and smart TV. Kitchen is equipped with basic cooking ware, fridge, microwave, coffee maker and etc. There is also a bonus room studio set up as a relaxing room or office. Guest access Entire apartment Other things to note Pet policy: PETS are welcome to our vacation rental. There will be an additional $95 pet fee required for first dog and $25 for each additional dogs after first one. Our housekeeping need special cleaning procedures for our next guests after each pet check out. Guest counts: Our vacation rental standard guest counts vary for each property.
