Thank you so much for the incredible staff at the hotel, they were so kind and accommodating. Definitely enjoyed my stay and I would definitely recommend this hotel if your are near the airport. They also provide a free shuttle service to the airport. Once again the Staff are amazing

I recently stayed at Tru by Hilton and was very impressed with the overall experience. The rooms were spotlessly clean, modern, and comfortable, providing everything I needed for a relaxing stay. It’s clear that housekeeping takes great care to maintain high standards. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. Their warmth and professionalism made the stay even more enjoyable, and I felt well taken care of throughout my visit. One of the biggest highlights was the value for money. The room rates were very reasonable, especially considering the quality of service and the cleanliness of the hotel. It’s definitely one of the best value-for-money stays I’ve had recently. I highly recommend Tru by Hilton for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and budget-friendly hotel with excellent service!

A pleasant surprise! Very clean room! Room had ample window covering to keep it dark in the morning- even with an eastern facing window. AC was cold and quiet. Breakfast excellent and staff friendly. Would definitely stay at a Tru hotel again!

Newer hotel. The room was clean, the air/AC was dry (there was NOT an indoor humidity issue like you find at many hotels, thank heavens!), location was convenient to the interstate, the room was small but had enough space for our small family. We'd stay here again if driving through Jacksonville. Can't speak to the coffee as it was empty when we tried to fill up and we didn't have time to wait for them to refill it. Breakfast was okay, nothing spectacular but adequate for what it was.

This is an excellent hotel! We rebooked for our return trip while we checked out! The staff is amazing and the room was clean and quiet. Coffee in the foyer on the way to the room was hot and good! Recommendations for dinner were also good. A great place to stay.

I don't know what it is with Hilton and AC but all Hilton hotels suffer from an inability to remove moisture from the room. It was muggy all night in the Tru. Temp set at 66. Read 69. But there's no way. Recalibrate thermostats. Your customers will thank you. I'm not sure who picked the coffee brand, but they obviously don't drink it. The coffee was barely colored water. I personally observed two other patrons complain and pour it out. Even after telling management an hour later there was no change. And no coffee in the rooms?! Who's bright idea was that? Somebody more concerned about saving a buck than serving their customers. The chances I stay in a Tru again are somewhere between zilch and zero.
