바이카오는 타나 섬에서 가장 크고 좋은 리조트라고 합니다. 저는 바다 전망과 리조트의 인간적인 디자인 스타일이 마음에 듭니다. 레스토랑의 경치도 아름답습니다. 음식이 더 빨리 제공되면 좋을 것 같습니다.

더블룸을 예약했는데, 사실 침대가 하나 더 작았어요. 욕실은 넓고 깨끗했고, 온수, 수건, 세면도구도 충분했어요. 방은 조용하고 습하지 않았고, 침대 시트와 이불 커버도 티끌 하나 없이 깨끗했어요. 서비스도 훌륭했어요. 혼자 여행했는데도 화산 투어에 참여할 수 있게 해 주셨고, 늦게 출발할 경우 음식을 미리 주문해야 하는지 물어봐 주셨어요. 모기도 드물었고, 아침 식사에는 과일이 포함되어 있었어요. 다시 간다면 꼭 다시 묵을 거예요.

A cozy hotel by the sea. Nice clean territory. The room furnishings are very simple, nothing more. The prices in the restaurant are quite high, the average price of a main course is USD25-30. When the sausages for breakfast ran out, they made a good discount, that's fair. However here are no other restaurants nearby.

Not genuine. Not responsive. Not recommended.

Идеальное место для посещения острова. Идеально абсолютно всё: место, отношение, персонал, еда, размещение! От аэропорта 5 мин В отеле организуют все доступные активности. Спасибо!

酒店超美！面朝大海，有自己的私人海域

沒有空調，普通房間不如國內快捷酒店，建議多加點錢升級房間

時隔七年第二次入住 我沒住過tanna島別的酒店 單從島上經濟水平來講這應該算是最好的了 不太好的地方也跟島上補給困難有關係 早餐很單調衹有麥片麪包這些 午餐晚餐大概衹有兩三道菜可選 房間也不送礦泉水 酒店周圍沒有超市 建議來之前帶些泡麪水之類的補給 服務不太滿意的地方是酒店可以想辦法跟機場協調 因為這個地方航班基本不會準時 酒店到機場開車也就五六分鐘 如果能協調好 就不會在機場因為延誤耽誤太多時間

完美！ 酒店服務員都特別友好。服務極佳。 大廚非常厲害！

小木屋很温馨 島上有活火山 還有藍洞小夥伴可以去看看 我2023.2月去的 幾乎沒什麼遊客

一切都很好

Air Vanuatu internal flights actually ran on time so we finally got to Tanna! Picked up from the airport for the 5 min drive to the resort. Welcome drink on arrival and guided to our 2 bed bungalow which was modern and clean if a little basic. No issues with comfort or hot water etc and the WIFI in the main reception was good. Staff were friendly and they organized our tour to Mount Yasur – although expensive and it is a 6 hour tour, it has to be done. Visiting an active volcano is not something that can easily be done and it really is incredible especially doing the afternoon tour so that you see it in the light and in the dark. Not much option but to eat on the resort – continental breakfast was included in the rate but any cooked items were subject to additional charge. Lunch options were limited but were ok for a couple of days and similarly dinner consisted of 3 options but these did change each day. Prices higher than on the mainland but I guess that is to be expected. Happy hour every evening which reduced the cost of wine and beer by a couple of AUD. Nice pool area but limited shade around the resort other than the patio by the main reception building. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend the White Grass Resort.

This is a lovely low key resort. Beautiful position, welcoming staff, great food. The snorkelling in blue holes in the reef is great. Tanna is the easiest place to experience Vanuatu culture, including kastom villages. And there is the volcano! Air Vanuatu flies every day to Tanna and my flights were perfectly on time. The booking process is unusual, requiring emails to the airline. But my email was answered same day and I think my booking was completed within 24 hours.
