세레니티 컴포트 호텔 후기

호텔에 빈대가 있었어요. 2박을 묵었는데 벌써 10일이 지났는데도 온몸에 여드름 자국과 가려움증이 가득해요. 악몽도 꿉니다.

이 호텔은 정말 관료적이고 무례합니다. 남편과 여행할 때 오해로 세 번이나 예약을 했습니다. 그런데 제가 예약을 했다는 걸 알고 취소하려고 했는데 아무런 답변도 없었습니다. 호텔에 도착하니 3박 6인 조식 포함 3개 객실 예약금을 신용카드에서 빼돌려 돌려주지 않겠다고 했습니다. 게다가 돈을 받고는 웃으며 "안 들어오면 내 문제 아니야. 정말 고마워하면 10/-10 정도 내야지. 전혀 관계없는 욕심쟁이 직원들처럼 서비스도 없고. 더 이상 당신의 욕심으로 관광객들에게 피해를 주지 마세요."라고 말했습니다.

직원들은 친절하고 도움이 많이 됩니다. 객실도 깨끗해서 즐거운 숙박을 즐기실 수 있습니다.

Very nice hotel. Everything was absolutely fine. We asked for the late check out and our request was accepted with a lovely smile.All the staff were great and eager to help. We will definitely stay here on our next trip to Istanbul.

The refused to bring for us tea and they asked us to do it , it is not 5 stars hotel There is no car parking service you must park your car by your self , in my opinion it is a good 3 stars hotel

5성급과는 거리가 멀고, 레스토랑은 끔찍하고, 음식을 머리에 던지고 학대합니다. 절대 가지 마세요. 저희는 경유지로 갔는데, 무슨 말을 해야 할지 모르겠네요. 그들은 더 많은 캐릭터를 원합니다. 유감스럽게도 실망스럽습니다. 모든 면에서 너무 멀리 가지 마세요.

터키항공에서 항공편 취소 후 숙소를 제공해 줬습니다. 그런데 거기서 묵는 게 정말 힘들었어요. 리셉션 직원들이 너무 불친절해서 방 불을 켜는 데 90분이나 걸렸어요. 제가 미리 알려주지 않았으면 더 걸렸을 거예요. 더 심각한 건 영어 실력이 너무 형편없다는 거예요. 어떤 기준으로 호텔에 5성급을 준 건지 잘 모르겠네요. 농담인 것 같아요. 할 말은 많지만, 정말 눈에 띄는 건 커피 머신이었어요. 5성급 호텔에서 커피를 내릴 때마다 물이 새는 커피 머신은 본 적이 없어요. 5성급... 농담이에요.

I stayed in this hotel with my 2 sons for 3 nights because of the overbooking problem in our Turkish airlines flight to Canada. We really enjoyed our stay. Our room was spacious and very clean, the service was great. The breakfast was rich and delicious. In the end, the indoor pool was clean and warm; my children had really fun there. My special thanks to Mr Ahmet at the reception, Mr. Hasan at the restaurant and Mr. Murat, the manager; you all were very helpful!

Serenity comfort hotel I came on vacation from Nepal to Istanbul, the hotel’s price is very affordable, the hotel rooms are very clean and the bed comfort of the hotel is very nice, the hotel was very close to the airport in terms of location, the breakfast is quite varied, the spa was very nice, thank you very much for everything, thank you very much to the restaurant manager Murat, especially, he was very interested

The comfort and cleanliness of the hotel room was very nice, the design of the rooms was very modern and all the furniture was clean and sparkling, I think it was very comfortable and confidence with very little budget, I think I can say the best phrase for this hotel. The location is a common distance to the airport and old Istanbul, easy to reach everywhere, close to shopping centers, we liked the salt meat restaurant very much, we ate delicious food, thank you Serenity comfort family, hope to come back, go out and come ☺️

Good evening! I wanted to share a few thoughts on our experience here. The gentleman in the black shirt at the reception was very professional and made us feel warmly welcomed. I’d like to thank him for his kind manner. In the restaurant, we were also very pleased with the service. The tall manager, was especially attentive, and we’d like to thank him for his courteous and gentlemanly approach. Overall, we felt very well taken care of. Thank you for the warm hospitality!
