최악의 호텔. 더러운 냄새가 나요. 표면 청소가 완료되었습니다. 기본 샴푸, 젤은 제공되지 않습니다. 모든 것은 묻고 간청해야 합니다! 샤워실과 화장실은 100년된 흙으로 덮여있습니다!

정말 도움이 많이 되고 깨끗한 호텔입니다. 감사합니다

We loved staying in the heart of old Istanbul. Nidya Hotel Galataport has a great location just opposite the Bosphorus and cafés both upmarket and budget traditional cuisine, half a kilometre from the tram stop although we walked everywhere and close to many points of interest. The hotel has lovely staff, a great breakfast spread and the bonus of a rooftop bar beautiful at sunset looking out to the Bosphorus. Rooms are comfortable enough, and with tea and coffee making facilities. Special mention for Front Officer Ramazan who helped us solve a difficult problem calmly and efficiently and completely to our satisfaction.

We found the whole staff at Nidya Galataport Hotel most helpful, friendly and stop at nothing to give you extremely great service. There service goes above and beyond to help foreign visitors. Comfortable clean room, delicious restaurant.

We stayed here twice at the beginning and end of tour. The room at the back of the hotel was ok but dated....and as others have noted there was a sewer smell to the toilet area. The room at the front was larger but unbearably noisy from traffic outside...I do mean really bad. Location was very good. Breakfast was fine. Staff were generally aloof and uninterested. One of our group had a bag disappear from the hotel

Overall a below average hotel, staff inattentive & generally have a laid back manner. Rooms are dated and in need or repair. Bar is non existent & restaurant catering to a select taste. Room was cleaned & water provided for us. Feels like a side interest for some one, not their main focus

first of all, the staff were polite and helpful and multilingual and that's the only thing good in the hotel. but the hotel itself is not worth the price, it was too expensive and offered so little for the cost ,the bath has no soap or shampoo or shower gel and other toiletries , only some kind of a liquid container on the wall . and there seems to be a problem with the plumbing in our room , water would leak forming a small pond under the toilet!. the cleaning lady took our entry card for the electricity, we informed the reception and didn't give it back .the price high, personality I don't give it 3 star !

We are doing a private tour so our tour company has organised all accommodation, and this was our hotel for the first 2 nights. It is in a good location in Galataport, easy to walk around and check out that area of Istanbul. The staff were pleasant and the breakfast had a good selection. Disappointingly, the roof terrace wasn't open during our stay. We were disappointed with our room however, mostly due to the very unpleasant "sewer-like" smell coming from the toilet in the bathroom. We sprayed deodorant in there and kept the door closed and thought it had improved. We were out and about all day and only really sleeping there so we decided not to try and move rooms and just deal with it. In hindsight we should have tried to change rooms as it didn't improve, but by then it was too late as we were leaving the next morning. We did mention it at checkout, so hopefully it's sorted for the next guests. I also found the bed very hard and the pillows very soft so I didn't sleep well. Others would probably like that combination but it didn't suit me. A friend has stayed in this hotel and had a very positive experience. Perhaps we were just unlucky. I'm not sure if I would book to stay here again.

Services in general are very good, very courteous service at the counter, fast and efficient room service, delicious food, beautiful view of the Bosphorus, in front of the Gálata Port, which offers outdoor walks, shopping and restaurants. It's in a central area very close to tourist attractions, without having to take a taxi or metro.
