최악의 호텔. 더러운 냄새가 나요. 표면 청소가 완료되었습니다. 기본 샴푸, 젤은 제공되지 않습니다. 모든 것은 묻고 간청해야 합니다! 샤워실과 화장실은 100년된 흙으로 덮여있습니다!

정말 도움이 많이 되고 깨끗한 호텔입니다. 감사합니다

Sehr unhygienisches und abgenutztes Zimmer. Das Hotel war mal gut, ist jetzt aber in die Jahre gekommen. Momentan nicht empfehlenswert. Die Lage ist jedoch sehr gut.

Was harstikke prima

We loved staying in the heart of old Istanbul. Nidya Hotel Galataport has a great location just opposite the Bosphorus and cafés both upmarket and budget traditional cuisine, half a kilometre from the tram stop although we walked everywhere and close to many points of interest. The hotel has lovely staff, a great breakfast spread and the bonus of a rooftop bar beautiful at sunset looking out to the Bosphorus. Rooms are comfortable enough, and with tea and coffee making facilities. Special mention for Front Officer Ramazan who helped us solve a difficult problem calmly and efficiently and completely to our satisfaction.

We booked 6 rooms at the hotel through a tour package. The location was perfect as recommended by the travel agency. Galataport across the road, Karakoy around 15 minutes walk, and another 15 minutes from Karakoy to Spice bazar. Nisantansi around 40 min walk. Thanks to the front office - as we arrived earlier than the check-in time and they arranged to give us 3 rooms out of the 6 before the check-in time. However the rooms were too small - we stayed in the standard rooms as the hotel was fully booked during our stay. We had also booked a Superior Triple room which was ok. Room 614 (Standard King) is a disaster - across the elevator (noise) , tooooo small, there is a flowers painting as the view from the window - the room was changed the next day. The rooms were not soundproof as we could clearly hear the conversation from the connecting room next to us. The bathroom had a built-in dispenser soap and so the shower gel. No tissue boxes in the room and no other toiletries when checked in. However, the Housekeeping were very friendly and would provide what you request if available (they only spoke Turkish) Breakfast was too basic, not a buffet breakfast with the variety of options that we are used to during our previous stays in Istanbul (different hotels). You have to wait in the que to be served (options include cheese platter, cereals, boiled eggs and another egg option, lentil soup, orange wedges, juices, tea and coffee.. the basics). Thanks again to the Front office for the early check-in and to the housekeeping team.

We found the whole staff at Nidya Galataport Hotel most helpful, friendly and stop at nothing to give you extremely great service. There service goes above and beyond to help foreign visitors. Comfortable clean room, delicious restaurant.
