아는 사이에.. 몇 시간 동안 잘 수 있는 깨끗한 곳입니다. 모든 터키 사람들은 친절해서 직원들은 차이가 없습니다. 헤어 드라이어는 지원하지만 공정한 드라이어가 없습니다. 좋은 아침. 비행기를 놓쳤다면 추천합니다

최악의 경험 이유: 1. 위생 불량: 시트가 더러움, 눈에 띄는 얼룩이 있음, 이불 없음, 얇은 담요만 있음, 방에 쓰레기통 없음, 욕실에 하나의 쓰레기통만 있음 2 서비스 나쁨 : 여행중 더블베드 예약할 때 프론트에 문의했는데 문을 열었더니 더블베드 였습니다. and we were unwilling to stay and could cancel it (It was nearly 1:30 in the morning) Obviously a threat 3 부대시설 : 창틀 문이 고장나서 잠글 수 없음 침대 옆 탁자에 있는 전화기가 장식품임 프론트에 전화가 안됨 화장실 샤워기 헤드가 고장났음 최악의 경험!!! 1. 침대 시트에 큰 얼룩이 있고 이불이 없으며 작은 담요만 있고 방에 먼지통이 없습니다. 2. 최악의 서비스 : 우리는 나와 내 친구를 위해 침대 2개가 있는 방을 예약했습니다. 체크인하는 동안 리셉션 직원에게 물어보니 더블 베드룸에 묵을 것이라고 확인했지만 싱글 베드룸입니다. 우리가 문을 열 때 우리는 방에서 리셉션으로 전화를 시도했지만 물론 전화가 작동하지 않습니다. 우리는 리셉션으로 돌아갔습니다. , 취소할 수 있습니다. 오전 1시 30분이었습니다. 분명히 그는 우리가 주문한 방을주지 않고 오전 1시 30 분에 예약을 취소하겠다고 위협하는 실수를 해결하려고하지도 않습니다. 3. 발코니 문을 잠글 수 없으며 샤워가 작동하지 않습니다. 최악의 경험입니다!

The manager is a right thief, never go here. If you are here reading this, then you’re in trouble. He followed me up the stairs taking extra money off my card for food that was outrageously priced. I left the hotel due to not trusting them and their theft. He acts fraudulently and should be held accountable.

Sadly this hotel is part of a group of scammers operating at the airport. Having had our flight delayed by 24 hours we were told that to get a free hotel we would have to wait 3 hours, and then very early transfer back, or we could pay and have a city tour, 4* hotel, transfers, dinner and breakfast. This seemed a good option and we paid. They switched the payment to local currency and as we had no access to check the conversion and the price paid was far more than agreed. They also insisted we pay a 'service charge'. It turned out the only thing 4* about the hotel were the 4 stars in its logo (although it was serviceable), unknown to us our city tour started at the airport and consisted of one drop off in a local square, dinner was 4 chicken wraps dropped to our room and breakfast was salad, bread and cold chips. Very disappointed that the hotel guys acted like they had no idea what was going on despite the fact they had the contact numbers of all the scammers and it all seemed very friendly and familiar! A sorry experience of Turkey.

Our stay at Acar airport hotel istanbul, was a very bad experience. Breakfast very limited and very poor, they couldn't provide milk for breakfast Management really unprofessional and rude. Beds frame not stable and some of them broken. We had to shortened our stay at the Acar airport hotel for another hotel (Halmetbey Hotel)...leaving our full payment behind. Overall, I will never recommend anyone to use Acar Airport Hotel in Istanbul...never again, especially the manager was very unprofessional and rude.

I booked a 38 Euro two way transfer from the Airport and back but to my surprise when I reached the hotel the receptionist insisted I pay 75 Euros right away for a two way transfer in advance before she can check me in. I insisted on the email I received for the price but she refused and told me her manager ordered to collect 75 Euros right away and not 38 as per the confirmation mail. TO ADD SALT to injury she converted the 75 Euros into TRY and asked for 3000 TRY which is equal for 110 EUROS. THE MANAGER CAME AND EVEN THREATENED Not to check me in if I don't pay the room charges and the 3000 TRY additional charge for the transport. They refused to give me their names when I requested. Being in a foreign country and scared for the safety of my family I preferred staying low profile and not making noise when it was clear that they were both looting me. A bunch of theives see the receipts and confirmation mail attached

Close and convenient to the airport. Comfortable clean room. Nice hotel breakfast in the morning and friendly helpful staff

No bell boy, no pure vegetarian food

I only gave them 3 stars because of the breakfast. It’s very good! The hotel is overpriced, and so are all of the hotels in this area. It’s very noisy inside and out. If you need a bed and a shower, this is it, but you will pay more than $50 a night for a room worth $20. The Arnavutkoy is not friendly to tourists. It’s very dangerous at night because of the dogs.
