To start off with there wasn't any heat in the room when it was in the lower 40's outside. And the door was shut on the bathroom and it was like a freezer in there. I could at no time get even lukewarm water let alone warm enough to take a shower. I had to call the front desk to get a blanket and two more pillows, which they did get quickly. The breakfast was good, but the coffee is the worst I've ever tasted!! The room was nice. The help very nice.
