Was a clean hotel new carpet in my room,very nice.tv not huge and room not massive but very cosy.

I have been staying at this hotel for work for a couple of months and have always requested a room on the back based on other reviews here. Jess on reception has always made sure to give me a room on the back before I arrive and always quick to serve us on the bar for the 5-7pm happy hour.

Served by Jonathan he was very attentive to us. He answered any questions we had. Was very helpful and friendly. Overall stay was good. Was in town to go to an event so wanted to stay somewhere central. Easy to get around town to the hotel. Will come again

Jess was the best manager I have come across , always on hand to help with any situation, polite, friendly hotel , the only down side is you have to pay for parking, which is £3 a day which builds up if you are staying here for a few weeks , all in all a very good stay

Staff were cheerful and helpful. The rooms are not like the pictures! Very small with only 2plugs and the mirror on the other side of the room. The room was so awful we left after one night having paid for two. 1st room incredibly noisy, bathroom smelt and shower plug disgusting. Curtains hanging off track. We were moved to the back. That room was scruffy with smelly bathroom (urine). Appalling layout again just 2 plugs no mirror near them. Mattress collapsed and sooooo uncomfortable. Worst still the walls are paper thin so as people came home after parties at 3.30am ish we could hear absolutely EVERYTHING. So after no sleep we didn’t stay the second night and left asap. Horrible hotel avoid.
