My wife and I visited for our wedding anniversary, there is no picture I can show or anything I can say to help you understand how amazingly beautiful IOS Grand Pool Suites is, you’ve really got to go to experience this feeling. Arrival, the place is so chilled lovely refreshing drink, breakfast unbeatable with a massive selection and absolutely delicious delivered every morning to your private balcony. The suite is huge and classy, then when you walk outside to be greeted by your own private infinity pool is just WOW. THE POOL IS HUGE 👌🏻👍🏻 Your private outdoor area, dining table under a lovely sun covering ,Corner sofas, out door fridge, sun loungers that stay in the shallow end of the pool to sunbath and relax. The view is breathtaking. Great location near to all towns with restaurants and bars right overlooking the amazing beach. Staff are absolutely superb, from start to finish they made us feel so special and we really didn’t want to leave. Nothing is too much, before our arrival I arranged for a romantic room set up which was beautiful, Adriana Vieru a massive thank you for this also thank you so much for arranging our quad bike, cocktail bar evening followed by a sensational meal you booked for us at Agostos. Your a credit to IOS Grand pool suites. A massive thank you to Christos Platanitis the reservations manager, an absolute gentleman, Christos booked our suite and liaised with me all the way from booking until we finished our holiday. Your a special credit to IOS Grand pool suites I’m still in touch with Christos and looking forward to speaking with him as we want to come back in May with our kids. There was so much to love about the pool suite we stayed in - genuinely comfortable king size bed (not two mattresses put together), incredibly friendly helpful staff (without exception), stunning views of the bay from the private garden, beautiful infinity pool overlooking the sea, exceptionally generous and delicious breakfast delivered to the charming shady courtyard area each morning, spacious living area, fridges in room and outside, clean, two lift rides away from lovely beach and restaurants so not too much walking required, gorgeous family of kittens as regular visitors to reception and garden. The beach near the ferry port is also stunning and only a ten minute drive away. I could go on......... I really can't think of any down sides or anything that needs improvement. The design is so well thought through and matched by wonderful service. I would highly recommend this hotel and Ios itself which is quieter than other resorts so suited us perfectly. We are already planning to go again next year!

The suite was beautiful with plenty of space and a lovely terrace . The reception staff were wonderful and in particular Anastassia who was super helpful and an absolute delight to deal with and gave great recommendations and organised everything we asked for. She made us feel very welcome. The suites and hotel are beautifully positioned with easy access to a lovely beach with several bars and restaurants which I will review separately. The breakfasts were good and varied and can be served in the suite or the hotel . The gardens are well kept. The main pool is lovely but the pool bar had a lack of atmosphere and loud music in the morning which was not the fault of the junior staff, who were all very nice, but entirely the fault of an extremely surly manager who did not respond well when the issue was raised with him and studiously ignored us thereafter. We did raise it with senior management who apologised with a spa gift which was kind but not necessary. What we actually wanted was a more visible presence from senior management and for them to deal with the individual concerned so that real change would occur. It’s a shame as the pool bar and it’s environs could be great. with proper leadership We are beach lovers so it didn’t spoil our stay .

We loved our stay here, the suite was fabulous and there is a lovely beach and many restaurants very close by. The main town Chora is a short taxi ride away. The outdoor space was amazing and the infinity pool looking out over the sea was gorgeous. The breakfasts were great, especially as they were brought to the room and served on the terrace. We also ordered a few lunches and dinners to the room as well as it was just such an amazing view! We also had spa treatments which were lovely! I would definitely recommend staying here!

Magnifique partie "Haut de Gamme" de l'hôtel Ios Palace, avec entrée et réception séparées. Nous avions une suite à 2 chambres avec une terrasse et une piscine privée incroyable à débordement sur la mer. Très bonne literie et personnel attentionné. La qualité du service est néanmoins perfectible (réassort du minibar aléatoire notamment) et ménage de la chambre très tardif tous les jours. Cela reste un endroit à recommander les yeux fermés (même si ça coûte un bras).

Il voto complessivo ho dato 4 pallini ma ci sono da fare alcune precisazioni: location (ovvero camera) sicuramente merita un 5! Davvero bellissima. La piscina è grande e profonda, il terrazzo è la parte più strepitosa, davvero da vivere. La camera anche davvero bella, spaziosa e dotata di ogni comfort. Per la pulizia purtroppo darei un 2 e consiglierei all’hotel di essere più scrupolosi! Camera non pulita a dovere: lavandino lasciato con i segni del dentifricio dentro e piano intorno al lavandino a volte neanche passato. Il pavimento del terrazzo fuori non è stato pulito ed è stato lasciato tutto pieno di impronte lasciate dalle scarpe (abbiamo dovuto lasciare un biglietto in camera il secondo giorno per chiedere di pulirlo). Non hanno neanche riportato il bagnoschiuma e abbiamo dovuto chiederlo in reception la sera perché l’avevamo terminato. Inoltre il primo giorno siamo tornati in camera il pomeriggio dopo averla lasciata per 4 ore e la stanza non era stata pulita (lamentandoci in reception abbiamo dovuto uscire per 1 ora così che potessero ripulirla). Il servizio in camera per quanto riguarda il cibo della colazione davvero ottimo, invece per il pranzo il cibo non è stato nulla di che (picagna non all’altezza e insalata greca davvero misera). La palestra piccola e priva degli attrezzi base (come ad es. dei pesi vari). Nel complesso la camera merita la permanenza e giustifica il prezzo, ma il resto dei servizi non sono adeguati a un hotel di questo livello.
