The mayor and his wife carefully and meticulously planned the property. The cottage is available to rent separately during spring, fall, and winter. *Guests renting Indian Point Cottage have only full access to the cottage. *The grounds surrounding the cottage are only available for use if no guests are renting the main Manor.
